We had our loft boarded up with a top up and updating of insulation, as well as a retractable hatch ladder installer. They also cut and removed an old water tank that was in the loft and brought it down. From the very first contact up to finishing the job, our experience has been excellent and smooth. We contacted them a few weeks ago and they came to have a look and discuss options for our particular set up. Kit was very experienced and could offer some good advice and was clear in explaining why certain options would not be needed or suitable. They provided a clear quote with all the expenses clearly stated and offered several payment options. We sent a small deposit to secure the date. What initially had been quoted like a day and a half, they managed to condense into 1 day. On the agreed date, the two tradespeople arrived on time, they had provided their car registration in good time in case we needed to arrange parking permits and they work an intensive day from 10am to 18.30. When they arrived, we confirmed the details of the work that they were going to carry out. We fine tuned the last details for removal of the tank as well as the side the stairs will come down and they set straight to work. All transit floor was protected and they worked extremely hard. The loft looks so much more spacious. Insulation has been installed and topped up neatly everywhere. Left house spotless. They came recommended and will recommend to anyone. Thank you!

The team arrived and quickly got to work laying down dust sheets. The hatch is excellent and the team were great at answering any last minute questions I had and were flexible to some late requirements. The installation was completed in a couple of hours and the surrounding areas immaculate. A great service and very professional.

Like many jobs in the home, I simply had no idea what was involved. I needed insulation, I needed boarding, I needed a new hatch and loft ladder.... This work is hard, physical, dirty, with breathing masks needed, yet the two guys were studiously polite, cracked on with minimal disruption and cleaned up better than when they arrived! A full on day, I felt bad that I could only bring them drinks The fitting around the ladder is especially elegant - great craftsmanship. Definitely would recommend.

I honestly cannot recommend this company enough! From the very first consultation with Ryan, I felt completely at ease. He was incredibly knowledgeable, professional, and confident in his work, which immediately gave me confidence in choosing them. What stood out most was how honest and fair he was with the quote. I was genuinely expecting the price to come in much higher, so I was pleasantly surprised and extremely impressed with the value for money. Communication from start to finish was absolutely excellent. Everything was explained clearly, responses were quick, and the whole process felt smooth and stress-free. On the day of the work, Ryan and his colleague Kit arrived exactly on time and got straight to work. They worked incredibly hard and efficiently, finishing much quicker than I expected without compromising on quality at all. They were respectful, clean, and tidy throughout the entire job, and the clean-up afterwards was spotless. The quality of the work is outstanding. I genuinely cannot find a single imperfection. The transformation to my home is incredible, and having this extra space has made such a huge difference already. I only chose to do half of my loft for now as it’s a very large space, but after seeing the finished result, I will absolutely be using them again to complete the rest. Fantastic company, fantastic workmanship, and genuinely lovely people to deal with. My only regret is not getting it done sooner!

Thanks to Access4Lofts, my loft now is professionally floor boarded and insulated. I can now access my loft and use it safely. They also cleared all the rubbish stuff (beds, bedframes, etc) left by the previous owner in the loft. They are very professional, on schedule, competitve pricing and they tidy up the areas they work properly. very happy with the service

We had the team board, insulate and install a loft ladder with hatch. They worked incredibly fast and finished ahead of the estimate. Despite additional hurdles needing to be navigated. The team was professional, diligent and cleaned up after the work. I would use again without hesitation.

Really great experience with Access 4 Lofts Bromley. Contacted them as recommended by a friends who'd used them previously. Very clear communication & information about pricing, no hard sell. On the day of the work, the fitters were on time, good discussion about where the hatch would be best placed, very tidy, polite, they demonstrated the ladder, and left no mess at all. Ryan came round very quickly to quote, and clearly discussed all options with us. The team were able to arrange a date to start the work within a few weeks. Build team were on time, work completed as planned, and also very clean/cleared up completely afterwards.

I wish I could give them 10 Stars! I had my entire lofted fitted with floor boarding & insulation. They arrived spot on time, dust sheets down, vacuum cleaner arrived with all their tools and boarding, the men were all gentlemen, they worked constantly except for a short lunch break, they finished by 5:00pm. The price was clearly laid out and agreed before the job was booked. I paid a small down payment, and the rest on completion. We hardly knew they were there....TOP CLASS!!
