Had my loft insulated and boarded. The guys were very professional ensuring that my home was kept as clean as possible as they got on with the work. Can’t recommend them highly enough, very courteous and got on with it and now I have a loft that is a pleasure to go into.

We had new loft boards installed as well as shelving and fresh insulation. We also had a loft ladder and new hatch installed. The two guys arrived on time and were professional and courteous throughout the job. The job itself was completed within the agreed timescale and to a high standard. They cleaned up thoroughly afterwards and gave a clear demonstration on how to use the newly installed loft ladder and hatch. The job also came in at the agreed price and is excellent value for money. I would definitely recommend this firm.

I needed to replace the loft hatch to my loft. Everything else was working fine. The process of booking and confirming site visit went smoothly. They were able to quote from photos I sent them which speeded up the process. In and out in about 4 hours. Polite, clean and responsive. Showed me how to work the hatch and ladder. I requested a replacement part which they provided for a reasonable price. Importantly did not try to sell me anything I didn’t want. Other loft companies wouldn’t replace the hatch without replacing the steps as well. Would recommend.

Access4Lofts installed a drop-down ladder into our loft so that we could access the space. They came out to provide a free quote and talk us through the work. The communication prior to the day of work was excellent and they showed up on time. The work has been completed to a very high standard and they made a particular effort to cover the floors and clean up any mess afterwards. Two workers came to install a loft ladder by firstly enlarging the hatch space. They were efficient and discreet. The overall result looks great and is sturdy in design. There was no damage done to their surroundings as it often happens with builders. I am therefore very happy with the service provided and would certainly recommend.

Ryan's first visit to us was very helpful and informative. He explained clearly the space we could have in the loft, the insulation materials and how the access should be arranged. Access 4Lofts Bromley removed old boards from our loft, put in modern standard installation, reboarded the entire area and replaced the loft ladder. All done within two days. They were very careful to look after the rest of the house as they were passing through. Strongly recommended.

Very professional business. Fully itemised quote, clearly explained with an iPad sketch of the finished loft. We had an old water tank and pipes removed from the loft, along with a platform it stood on and some sub-standard flooring. We got new flooring, shelving, a retractable loft ladder and hinged hatch. Communication from the office was excellent. The work was done in a single day by two highly courteous and skilled fitters, who tidied up after themselves, including vacuuming all affected areas.
