Ryan’s team did an excellent job. Communication from the initial quote to the completion of the works and the final invoice was very good. The quote was fully detailed inclusive of quantities and rates. The team arrived in time, finished the work within a day and left our property clean and tidy. Ryan from Access4Lofts surveyed and gave options on how to solve our lack of loft access. Kit and the team then boarded the loft and fitted a loft hatch and ladder. They did everything they said they would do, efficiently and cleanly. From the survey to the completion of work, I can't fault Access4Lofts. The whole team were courteous and considerate, and a special mention must go to Angel in the office who goes the extra mile to make sure the customer is completely happy.

This job was to clear 3 items including a metal water tank that could no longer be passed through the loft hatch and then supply and fit insulation rolls to the entire loft area, and to insulate the loft hatch. Access4Lofts actually delayed the start time twice during the morning agreed, but still completed the job within the working day by providing 3 men for the job, and cleared up well at the end. Their office staff and installation team were always helpful with queries and the price was fixed from the start. I can only say that we had an efficient and clean job peformed to time and budget.

We had new loft boards installed as well as shelving and fresh insulation. We also had a loft ladder and new hatch installed. The two guys arrived on time and were professional and courteous throughout the job. The job itself was completed within the agreed timescale and to a high standard. They cleaned up thoroughly afterwards and gave a clear demonstration on how to use the newly installed loft ladder and hatch. The job also came in at the agreed price and is excellent value for money. I would definitely recommend this firm.

We had very good communication with this company from the start. Polite, efficient and helpful and never pushy. The work done by Ryan - who was delightful- was superb. He listened to what we needed for a new loft hatch and completed the work in a day leaving everything pristine. An excellent company- highly recommended.
