My name is Ryan and I’m your Bromley based loft ladder installation expert. I can help you utilise your loft space by providing quick, easy and affordable loft access and storage solutions.
I can install a loft ladder, loft hatch, loft boarding, insulate and even put in a light, often in just 1 day – no mess, no fuss, just easy access to all that lovely storage space.

Communications were excellent throughout with Angel quickly answering all our questions. On the hottest day of the year, Kit and the team worked tirelessly from early morning ‘til late evening to finish the attic. They were incredibly polite and professional throughout, and did an amazing job, clearing and cleaning everything before leaving. The attic looks great and we are thrilled with the results. Cannot recommend this company highly enough!

Ryan gave me complete confidence when visiting my home to discuss my requirements. He offered expert advice and alternative solutions. Quotation was sent same day and competitively priced. Once accepted a date was given, unfortunately for me due to the amount of work Ryan has on, I had to wait nearly 8 weeks. On the day Ryan discussed the work to be undertaken to ensure I was still happy with the scope. The guys took great care in protecting carpets and set to work. Ryan and the team did a great job clearing out my very dusty loft and installing new insulation and boarding. They worked hard and efficiently, turning up on time, being courteous and polite and cleaning up well each day. Ryan was at pains to carefully describe the options available and the work they would do. Communication was great. They also managed to move my installation date forward to suit my travelling plans. They were in the middle of the three quotes I had - I chose the right option. Very much recommended.

Very happy with the service provided by Acess 4 Lofts from start to completion. The quoting process was easy to arrange. The fitters were very polite and respectful and everything was explained in detail. On the day of the works which included added insulation, boarding part of loft and fitting loft hatch and ladder, the team arrived promptly, efficiently and worked cleanly at all times, respecting my home by protecting carpets etc, Leaving no mess what so ever. I don’t usually leave reviews but I wanted to commend the great service from beginning to end for my roof insulation and boarding, hatch replacement and ladder installation. I am very happy with the finish and respectful team who were polite and professional throughout. The job finished on time ( one day). Small touches like cleaning up and agreement before proceeding to do the job are differentiators that make the overall customer experience stand out. Past experiences with others on past projects have not been good which makes this experience stand out in comparison. If you want to have a professional and respectful experience with great workmanship, I highly recommend Ryan and his team!

We are very pleased with our new deep loft insulation (300mm) and 'floating' platform for storage. Angel gave us a fully itemised quote, which came with the reassurance of a 'Total Fitted Price' guarantee. They kept us fully informed and were quickly responsive to our emails. Kit and Ming fitted the insulation, new flooring and loft ladder. They were punctual, efficient and professional from protecting our carpets to vacuuming up at the end. The work was completed in one day, as promised. It has made an amazing difference to the utility of the loft as well as helping to keep the house warm. We were recommended to this firm by the SELCE Love Lofts project - well worth a look if you live in Lewisham or Greenwich.

I did ask them to remove the old access hatch - but they refused to take it. Luckily I am in a good mood so they can still score 5 stars. Happy customer.

Overall I had a new loft door and ladder and then following this job I then arranged to have the supply and fit of loft boarding. Easy to book the work - very knowledgeable staff - workers arrived on time. The whole job was dealt with very efficiently and the job was exactly as was originally discussed. Ryan from Access4Lofts surveyed and gave options on how to solve our lack of loft access. Kit and the team then boarded the loft and fitted a loft hatch and ladder. They did everything they said they would do, efficiently and cleanly. From the survey to the completion of work, I can't fault Access4Lofts. This job was to clear 3 items including a metal water tank that could no longer be passed through the loft hatch and then supply and fit insulation rolls to the entire loft area, and to insulate the loft hatch. Access4Lofts actually delayed the start time twice during the morning agreed, but still completed the job within the working day by providing 3 men for the job, and cleared up well at the end. Their office staff and installation team were always helpful with queries and the price was fixed from the start. I can only say that we had an efficient and clean job peformed to time and budget.
