The two people worked well for the day with very little noise or disturbance. When finished, the ladder was demonstrated and I went up it to the loft to see the work and laying of insulation - it was very neat and tidy.

We recently had our loft boarded by Ryan and his professional team. From first getting our free quote to actually having the work completed, the team was fantastic and thorough, giving us multiple options to suit our needs. The work was finished on time to a fantastic standard. They really went above and beyond.

Ryan was professional and knowledgeable when he came to do the quote and spent time explaining the best option for us, which was not the most expensive. I don’t usually leave reviews but I wanted to commend the great service from beginning to end for my roof insulation and boarding, hatch replacement and ladder installation. I am very happy with the finish and respectful team who were polite and professional throughout. The job finished on time ( one day). Small touches like cleaning up and agreement before proceeding to do the job are differentiators that make the overall customer experience stand out. Past experiences with others on past projects have not been good which makes this experience stand out in comparison. If you want to have a professional and respectful experience with great workmanship, I highly recommend Ryan and his team!

We are very pleased with our new deep loft insulation (300mm) and 'floating' platform for storage. Angel gave us a fully itemised quote, which came with the reassurance of a 'Total Fitted Price' guarantee. They kept us fully informed and were quickly responsive to our emails. Kit and Ming fitted the insulation, new flooring and loft ladder. They were punctual, efficient and professional from protecting our carpets to vacuuming up at the end. The work was completed in one day, as promised. It has made an amazing difference to the utility of the loft as well as helping to keep the house warm. We were recommended to this firm by the SELCE Love Lofts project - well worth a look if you live in Lewisham or Greenwich.

Had my loft insulated and boarded and new hatch and ladders. The area was left clean and tidy, work done to a high standard and in a timely fashion. I did ask them to remove the old access hatch - but they refused to take it. Luckily I am in a good mood so they can still score 5 stars. Happy customer.

Overall I had a new loft door and ladder and then following this job I then arranged to have the supply and fit of loft boarding. Easy to book the work - very knowledgeable staff - workers arrived on time. The whole job was dealt with very efficiently and the job was exactly as was originally discussed. No issues at all and the workers kept everything very clean . I was extremely impressed with all aspects of the work and I would fully recommend this Company without hesitation.

Ryan’s team did an excellent job. Communication from the initial quote to the completion of the works and the final invoice was very good. The quote was fully detailed inclusive of quantities and rates. The team arrived in time, finished the work within a day and left our property clean and tidy. Full protection was used throughout the works. The work itself was done to a high standard. Very pleased.

Ryan from Access4Lofts surveyed and gave options on how to solve our lack of loft access. Kit and the team then boarded the loft and fitted a loft hatch and ladder. They did everything they said they would do, efficiently and cleanly. From the survey to the completion of work, I can't fault Access4Lofts. I had my loft insulated and boarded, and garage loft boarded and stairs installed. The team completed all the work swiftly, to a high standard, and left the place spotless. Very impressed with their professionalism. I'd recommend to anyone looking to do loft work.

This job was to clear 3 items including a metal water tank that could no longer be passed through the loft hatch and then supply and fit insulation rolls to the entire loft area, and to insulate the loft hatch. Access4Lofts actually delayed the start time twice during the morning agreed, but still completed the job within the working day by providing 3 men for the job, and cleared up well at the end. Their office staff and installation team were always helpful with queries and the price was fixed from the start. I can only say that we had an efficient and clean job peformed to time and budget.

The two guys arrived on time and were professional and courteous throughout the job. The job itself was completed within the agreed timescale and to a high standard. They cleaned up thoroughly afterwards and gave a clear demonstration on how to use the newly installed loft ladder and hatch. I needed to replace the loft hatch to my loft. Everything else was working fine. The process of booking and confirming site visit went smoothly. They were able to quote from photos I sent them which speeded up the process. In and out in about 4 hours. Polite, clean and responsive. Showed me how to work the hatch and ladder. I requested a replacement part which they provided for a reasonable price. Importantly did not try to sell me anything I didn’t want. Other loft companies wouldn’t replace the hatch without replacing the steps as well. Would recommend.

When Ryan came to give a quote he was very polite and explained clearly what he would do and how long it would take. His quotation was clear to understand. The work was done well and the area cleaned afterwards. I will happily recommend this company.
