An excellent service from start to finish, provided by a very professional company. The work is of the highest quality and the team are extremely professional in their approach and clean. Following the work they cleaned all spaces. The loft is now a usable space with lots of storage options available to me. The extending ladder is expertly fitted and easy to use. Excellent work. The old house I bought didn't have any flooring only insulation. Admittedly the roof is low and a well known company take a look and they said flooring couldn't be done but Access4Lofts put in a good floor and a sturdy ladder. I don't usually like going up into Lofts because ladders can be so flimsy but the new wider hatch and the telescopic ladder is sturdy and is at a good gradient. There's a lot more space in the Loft now for storage. Marvelous job considering the space they had to work in.
