Having moved into a newbuild with a young family, we needed more space and quickly! I contacted this firm and immediately was impressed with how professional and accommodating they were. Everything was explained from start to finish. The staff were professional and took care to respect and protect my home and carpets. The result is a dream. I now have so much storage space and because the ladder is demonstrated, I'm comfortable using it! I have peace of mind with the guarantee they provide and would 100% recommend them to anyone considering loft boarding.

I'm so pleased with the work Joe & Russ carried out. They were both friendly and polite throughout. All work including the hatch is very neat and they were patient when showing me how to operate the ladder. They were very respectful of my home and covered up the carpet and cleaned up afterwards. I first met Jozsef and his team when I requested a free quote on my attic space. Jozsef was professional and knowledgeable and assured we would have a quote by next working day. We had our quote and agreed with the price and a work date for the work to be carried out. Team arrived on the set date and instantly put down protective equipment to ensure our home was kept clean. Team started at 8.30am and by 2.30pm the work was completed. Done to a high standard and showed us how to operate the newly installed hatch and ladder and all work comes with lifetime warranty as long as we remain in the property which is excellent. We were looking to improve access and storage to our loft area and we were very impressed with what Access4Lofts did with our loft space. Within a day they had transformed our loft. We now have so much more storage space, especially with the extra shelves put in, which are such a good idea and that we had never even thought having before. There is also new flooring laid down and extra lighting so it's much more accessible, especially with our new loft ladder. We would definitely recommend this company.

Contact 5 separate company’s and only 1 attended our house to see the work the others have quotes by post or email. After visit we had the quote the next day we agreed the price and understood what work would take place and when. Team arrived and spent the first hour making the walkway to the attic covered in dust sheets and tape. The work took about 3 hours and we were informed of the progress each time they came downstairs to get material, once complete then showed us all the work and how it looked. They cleaned up and left no trace of themselves. The attic is a perfect and just what we needed. They explained the guarantee and all paperwork, payment was made and they left. The team were extremely professional and really nice people. I rang the office as they left to say how happy we were. Great company I have already recommended them to some friends who were looking for the same work we had done.

Excellent work. The old house I bought didn't have any flooring only insulation. Admittedly the roof is low and a well known company take a look and they said flooring couldn't be done but Access4Lofts put in a good floor and a sturdy ladder. I don't usually like going up into Lofts because ladders can be so flimsy but the new wider hatch and the telescopic ladder is sturdy and is at a good gradient. There's a lot more space in the Loft now for storage. Marvelous job considering the space they had to work in.

We had several insulation/loft companies out to advise us on why we had damp coming from our loft due to condensation and Jozsef from Access4lofts was the only person to actually identify the problem (new guttering and bargeboard had been installed reducing air flow to loft space) and advise on the best way to address the issue. He was always punctual, professional and did a great job with minimum fuss. The team ensured the carpets were covered and the job was finished when agreed to an excellent standard. The price quoted was very reasonable and Jozsef happily guarantees his work. I would definitely recommend.

We called Jozsef for a quote to fit a loft ladder for us he came gave us his quote we talked about how he would do the job he had to redo the the entrance of our loft so a proper door was in order Jozsef explained every thing he was going to do When he came back to fit it all they were very clean and quiet doing the excellent job we would recommend Jozsef and his work mate to every one with no hesitation and very pleased price wise as well We are thinking of having the loft shelved and these boys will be doing it for us in due course

I needed a larger loft hatch and new loft ladder, as well as improving my existing loft insulation. Jozsef called round in December, promptly, after I contacted him. He listened to what I needed and offered excellent advice, providing me with quotes for two alternatives I was considering. I was going to be away on holiday for the whole of January, so we agreed that I would leave a key and Jozsef would call and carry out the work whilst I was away. When I got back yesterday I was absolutely delighted to find the work done to the highest standard, and the house left spotlessly clean. I can already feel the improvement in warmth in my upstairs bedroom, where the loft insulation was improved. I first contacted this company and spoke to Jozsef's wife who was absolutely lovely and arranged for him to visit a few days later on a Sunday, even though I lived some distance from them. Jozsef then produced an in-depth quote with various options to suit and then left it to me to make contact - no pressure at all. I decided to go for the extension to the loft hatch, a lovely wooden space-saving ladder and half-boarding of my attic with the rest to follow at a later date. Jozsef and his colleague visited as arranged this Monday and were polite and respectful and completely covered all surfaces. They then carried on with the work for most of the day without even a break or stopping for a cuppa - incredibly hard-working guys! They showed me exactly how to use the ladder and hatch and when they left the landing was cleaner than when they started! WE chose Jozsef to board our bungalow loft. Jozsef arrived on time. Making sure all floors were covered before starting. This project was a really large job which Jozsef and his colleague made look easy. They started work on the Monday and worked non stop until the heat got to them. Arriving back Tuesday morning making sure once again that all floors were covered and set to work once more. They were both efficient. Polite. and very Professional at all times. The Loft is now completed which we are extremely pleased with. Jozsef also went out of his way to look at a problem we had with the loft ladder We would not hesitate to recommend their workmanship.

Having decided to use them after comparing with other installers, I found them a pleasure to work with. Their communication was excellent, with SMS messages to my landline, emails and phone calls.
