This is the second time I have used these gentlemen - they are hardworking, reliable and keep you informed from start to finish. Their work is perfect, there’s no mess and all carpets/floors are covered. I can recommend them enough. They go the extra mile to ensure you are one hundred percent happy with everything. Absolutely brilliant.

We called Jozsef for a quote to fit a loft ladder for us he came gave us his quote we talked about how he would do the job he had to redo the the entrance of our loft so a proper door was in order Jozsef explained every thing he was going to do When he came back to fit it all they were very clean and quiet doing the excellent job we would recommend Jozsef and his work mate to every one with no hesitation and very pleased price wise as well We are thinking of having the loft shelved and these boys will be doing it for us in due course

Jozsef and his team were completely au fait with my requirements and they carried out the flooring renewal in my loft in a thoroughly professional manner. They kept me informed at all the stages and they completed the work within the specified time. Importantly there was little disruption as the team worked in a clean and methodical manner.I was so pleased with the work that I have already arranged for further work to be undertaken.

The two-man team were efficient and polite. They completed the installation in just an hour and then spent some showing us how the ladder worked AND watching us as we had our first try. Very impressed with the whole experience from quotation to installation

Contact 5 separate company’s and only 1 attended our house to see the work the others have quotes by post or email. After visit we had the quote the next day we agreed the price and understood what work would take place and when. Team arrived and spent the first hour making the walkway to the attic covered in dust sheets and tape. The work took about 3 hours and we were informed of the progress each time they came downstairs to get material, once complete then showed us all the work and how it looked. They cleaned up and left no trace of themselves. The attic is a perfect and just what we needed. They explained the guarantee and all paperwork, payment was made and they left. The team were extremely professional and really nice people. I rang the office as they left to say how happy we were. Great company I have already recommended them to some friends who were looking for the same work we had done.

I cannot rate this service highly enough. From the first appointment with Jozseph, who conducted the survey and explained exactly which type of loft ladder we needed, showed us photos and sent us a very detailed and reasonably priced quotation by e-mail later that day to the short waiting time (three weeks) for the job to be scheduled through to the efficient completion of the works. Lewis arrived on time on the agreed date and completed the job to a very high quality. Before leaving, he ensured that we were comfortable with the operation of the ladder and locking mechanisms for bringing it down and retracting it. He did a flawless job on widening our loft hatch, completely eliminating the need for any restorative decorating and also left the area spotlessly clean. We are thoroughly delighted and heartily recommend this company.

The service was helpful and appropriate from getting the quote to completion. They were able to complete in under a day and were efficient throughout. Job was completed to high standard and they cleaned up after. They were polite throughout the time at my address and showed how the installation would work upon completion. Had boarding work with ladder and hatch undertaken by another firm around 2 years ago, but hatch size too small really and struggled to get into loft to put storage up there. Needed a bigger hatch and a more secure ladder fitted. Initial visit by Jozsef was very professional and he run through what options were available and came back with a quote. Covered the enlarging hatch and fitted a spring-loaded ladder rather than a gravity-fed one that was there. Further questions I had were dealt with quickly by email, and work was agreed upon. Russell, the fitter, arrived on time and built the frame whilst there, fitted the ladder and light too, and was meticulous throughout. Both frame and ladder were much better than the original. Showed me how to use the ladder and stayed until I was happy. The carpet on the stairs and landing was covered with sheets and he vacuumed everything on completion. Fantastic job from initial visit to completion, and only wish we’d used them the first time round. Price was competitive, and I have no hesitation in recommending them for any loft work. From start to finish this has to be the easiest and simplest building work I’ve encountered. Every step of the way I was kept updated and informed of what was to happen and when. Then on the day they turned up and finished the whole thing in six hours. The result is amazing and I can now make use of a once dead space. Cannot thank them enough - Bravo

From contacting Jozsef and Hayley, to estimate and final work I have never dealt with a more professional, courteous and friendly company. Absolutely amazing and I would recommend them to anyone. We are in business ourselves and know how hard it can be to keep customers happy but Access4lofts should be so proud of the way they carry out their business.

I first contacted this company and spoke to Jozsef's wife who was absolutely lovely and arranged for him to visit a few days later on a Sunday, even though I lived some distance from them. Jozsef then produced an in-depth quote with various options to suit and then left it to me to make contact - no pressure at all. I decided to go for the extension to the loft hatch, a lovely wooden space-saving ladder and half-boarding of my attic with the rest to follow at a later date. Jozsef and his colleague visited as arranged this Monday and were polite and respectful and completely covered all surfaces. They then carried on with the work for most of the day without even a break or stopping for a cuppa - incredibly hard-working guys! They showed me exactly how to use the ladder and hatch and when they left the landing was cleaner than when they started! The quality of the work was extremely good - I guess you get what you pay for. Thank you to all involved, I am so happy to finally have an attic I can access and will see you in the new year. Russell called today 26/8/25 at 9.00am by appointment and was on time. He introduced himself and was very personable and friendly and confirmed what my expectation was i.e new Loft ladder & Hatch and confirmed price of work. First thing he did was to lay protective coverings to stairs and landing area. Russell checked the attic space to ensure it was safe to carry out the work etc. He explained what he was going to do and how. Through the installation he checked with my wife and I that everything was correct and to our satisfaction. He thoroughly explained how to operate the new loft ladder and its safety aspects. He explained about the guarantee and after service and that should anything go wrong to contact them immediately.

From the quotation and throughout the process of fitting a loft ladder and installing loft boards and lighting, the service of Access4Lofts has been perfect. The loft installers arrived punctually and were very helpful & polite. Care for tidiness was second to non as they placed a mat in the hallway and ran a well fitted sheet all the way up the stairs. The electrician arrived at around the same time and the light installation was extremely quick & efficient and it was great that the whole job was able to be completed at once. The whole job only took about 5 hours and is of the highest quality. All paperwork was explained to me as well as a comprehensive demonstration on the use of the loft ladder and a walkthrough of the work they had done. The work was carried out to the agreed schedule and budget and the job is neat, highly professional and done without any disruption. I had the team in to board out my loft , fit loft ladder and light. First class service from a first class company. Very clean job , left house spotless.
