I was very pleased with the quote Des gave me and the way everything was itemised. I was given a date for installation which the installer Jim arrived on time who was very polite, professional and courteous, he worked non stop from the time he arrived. He explained what he was going to install and when he finished the job he took time to explain and show me how things worked. Before leaving he tidied all the mess up in my house. Pete was fantastic today, worked really hard and was extremely courteous. The house is spotless and he did a great job. Phil was brilliant - explained everything, was really tidy and cleaned up after himself and did a great job. Also, as a woman on her own, it was nice not to be called 'sweetheart' and I felt totally at ease. From the initial communication with Des, to the visit on 9 February by Pete and Phil, the service has been excellent. Des was really quick to respond to my emails to obtain a quote for fitting 2 replacement loft hatches. On the day Pete and Phil arrived and quickly and quietly prepared and fitted replacement loft surround and hatches (I work from home so really appreciated this). They checked with me how I wanted the loft hatch to drop to ensure that I was happy with what was going on and then demonstrated how easy it was to use the loft latch. They were not only very quick but once finished vacuumed up after themselves too. Could not recommend enough. Great product and service.

I used Access4Lofts Chelmsford to enlarge my existing loft access and install a telescopic ladder. The planning meeting was very useful and helped me identify which way the enlargement could be made and a choice of ladders. The costs were given in a quote and the work was carried out by Pete at the appointed time. The work took only two to three hours and Pete was very professional friendly and very tidy. Dust sheets were used throughout and a thorough clean at the end was made. I would recommend this company to anyone considering a loft alteration

A really good service from start to finish! The initial quote from Des was comprehensive and I loved that there was a lifetime guarantee and a commitment to the price quoted regardless of whether extra work was discovered! On the day of install, Phil and Matt could not have been better. Not only did we get an appointment for a quote quickly, Des actually turned up on time! Phil and Pete carried out the installation of the insulated loft hatch which has made such a difference to the head loss in our house. The guys were friendly, efficient and cleaned up thoroughly. A new loft hatch was fitted with a telescopic ladder, and 300mm rock wool was insulation for the whole loft area. They arrived on time and laid dust sheets to keep all carpets clean. The loft hatch was installed and finished off very well. A very professional job. The insulation was laid and looks good, and I am sure the house will be much warmer. when they were finished, they allowed me to inspect the work and gave me a demonstration of how the telescopic ladder operates. Phil, Peter and Amadeus were very professional throughout, and I was very pleased with the work they carried out.

Phil, Jim and Pete did an excellent job in around six hours insulating the loft, boarding about 50%. They adapted the hatch and fitted a three-section ladder. Very pleased and would recommend the service to anyone.

Access4Lofts surveyed the loft hatch and sent me a fully detailed quotation within 24 hours. A date was arranged for installation where Phil and Pete done a very professional job and this included a demonstration of the working of the ladder. All in all wouldn't hesitate in recommending.
