We had Access4Lofts board out our loft (and fit ladder/light) Pete and Phil were brilliant, installed very professionally, very tidy and helpful. Brilliant service and they also sorted out a problem that we had. Lovely guys, highly recommend. Thank you.

Appointment on time, best solution for work required was explained by Des in detail, quote provided by email within an hour. Pete and Jim, the fitters, arrived on time, were polite and explained what they were going to do. Work and materials of a very high standard, cleaned up after themselves both days and demonstrated new loft ladder fully. I can’t recommend highly enough. Loft ladder and loft boarding.

Arrived on time. All work and demonstration completed in a couple of hours. Very happy with end result. Good communications. Clean and tidy worker. Did extra fastenings in loft of existing boards to ensure ladder did not move.

I would highly recommend Access 4 lofts. Everything went extremely smoothly. Des came round and gave me an honest and detailed survey with no pressure or pushy sales. I managed to get a cancellation and got booked in the following week. Phil and Jim turned up on time to carry out the work, they were very pleasant and professional. I was referred to Access4Lofts by a friend of my daughter who was aware that I was looking for a company to carry out the work I required. She had been very impressed by the work that they carried out for her two months previous. I had just moved into a bungalow and needed extra storage space having moved from a larger property. The loft access was a small hatch which considerably limited what could be stored in, what otherwise was, a large loft space. After making contact with Access4Lofts, I was contacted speedily by their representative (Des) who visited, told me about the work they could do and gave me a quote for what I needed doing. Des was professional, knowledgeable and installed confidence. I accepted the quote for a new larger hatch with a fold out ladder and the laying of a floating floor across two thirds of the loft. I was also offered an installation date and told that their technicians would arrive at 8.30am. The day arrived and at 8.25am, Phil, Pete and Jim turned up, introduced themselves and got straight down to the work. They worked tirelessly throughout the day and 8 hours after arriving, they had completed the work and invited me to inspect it and also showed me how to use the hatch and ladder. I was so impressed, the flooring in the loft was superb and the new hatch and ladder was everything I wanted. It is rare to be able to compliment trademen, but I cannot praise Access4Lofts more highly. Truly excellent workmanship and I would highly recommend.

Des visited us promptly to discuss our needs for a replacement loft hatch and quote, and we were booked in quickly. Phil and Pete came to carry out the work and from the outset were professional and extremely courteous and tidy, ensuring carpets were covered and even hoovering when finished, and attention to detail was great. Chose the company because they're a Which trusted trader. The initial survey was carried out promptly and on time. Pete and Kyle arrived exactly on time at 08.30. We talked through what we expected to be done and they simply got on with it. They left the house clean and tidy and took away all the rubbish. Good job done!

I had my loft boarded, insulated and hatch widened by Access4Lofts Chelmsford last week, I am very impressed with the work done, they were very professional and worked hard to get the job done in one day. Shout out to Phil/Jim/Kyle who did a great job and even hoovered the area once finished - very refreshing not to have to deep clean after having work done! Would highly recommend.

Phil and Jim, two very courteous young men, came to fit a hinged loft hatch and loft ladder. They arrived very punctually, put down floor coverings from front door to job site and proceeded with the job, which was carried out with skill and care. I was shown exactly how the ladder and hatch worked and they cleared up and vacuumed before leaving. I was very pleased indeed with a job done so well. I have been impressed by everything from the initial survey, written quotation and date for the work to be done. I would certainly recommend.

After they surveyed the loft, he recommended a solution which was then executed perfectly by his team of craftsmen. The team all arrived on time and did a complete and efficient job from start to finish and then cleaned up before they removed all the rubbish. Hatch and ladder work perfectly. No hesitation recommending these guys.

This was an excellent service from start to finish. I rang the company they sent a gentleman out to look at our loft and recommend a suitable ladder. No unnecessary sales talk just good honest advice. The ladder was fitted this morning by Pete and Jim. They just arrived did their job, tidied up and left again . No fuss or problems. The company reinsulated and reboarded my loft which was badly needed. The whole experience was very easy. The initial quote from Des was very useful and informative, including not trying to sell me on any products which weren't needed and not replacing existing stuff unnecessarily (e.g. my existing loft ladder and hatch). Phil and Jim were quick and worked to high quality over the two days. They were on time, informative, and polite throughout the installation. Overall I would use this company again without hesitation.
