Graeme was tidy and professional when installing our new loft insulation. He worked quickly and quietly (baby even managed to nap while he was fitting it).

Graeme came to install a loft board and a new hatch in our house. He was very professional, efficient and tidy. He went over and above his call of duty to maximise on the limited space we had by exposing the additional space we didn’t anticipate. I will say that anyone planing to use Graeme’s service should Consider all his 5 stars reviews at face value. We can’t be more satisfied.

We had no problems with Graeme’s work from start to finish. Our work was scheduled originally for April but had to be cancelled due to lockdown. At all times Graeme kept us fully informed and telephoned us when he was back working to reschedule our work. We were very impressed by his workmanship, his courtesy and the fact he took the necessary precautions when completing our work, ie wearing a mask, sanitising etc. When we saw the finished work we were absolutely delighted with it. Our loft looks amazing with ample insulation and storage. Graeme talked us through what he had done and left our house immaculate, he hoovered up any mess! I would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Graeme and am delighted with his standard of work, a very professional job.

Graeme, arranged a quote at my home explained all parts if it in detail and made appropriate suggestions. He attended on the date agreed and got on with his work promptly. The work was completed to a high standard and Graeme took me through it on completion. He tidied up (and hoovered) at the conclusion. Mr Graeme Hardie of Access4Lofts surveyed our loft for flooring, discussed our requirements and explained what was needed. He subsequently emailed the detailed quote for the service and he also stated that if we had any questions not to hesitate to call him anytime. He emailed again on 8th June advising us that he was back working again and had an opening on 24th June 2020 to carry out the work if suitable. We agreed on that date and he carried out the work completely satisfactorily and well within the Covid-19 guidelines. He kept us well up to date with all situations. He was very polite and pleasant and we are satisfied with the work carried out.

Graeme done a fantastic job flooring out my loft space. Initially was looking into getting the job done in March and Graeme had come up as one of the least expensive with one of the best reputations I could find around. Unfortunately the virus hit and quarantine came around about that time but Graeme had kept in touch and guaranteed the same price and to re-arrange the work once he was free to do so. Couldn't have asked for any better considering the situation. Once he was able to do it he got stuck in and done the work even faster than he said he would and this was also considering my dodgy loft configuration. Kept the place tidy and cleaned up after, you'd never know he was there if it wasn't for the nice new flooring in the loft. Overall fantastic work, definitely recommended.

Highly professional, approachable with workmanship of a very high standard. He did a great job at adapting our loft hatch, fitting a loft ladder and laying new insulation. It's a real pleasure to come across tradesmen like this. Our work was delayed owing to the coronavirus pandemic but Graeme went out of his way to keep us updated, as well as informing us on the best practice measures that he would taking when performing the work. Graeme came to my house, at my request, offered me a selection of options and gave me a quote for installing the loft-access ladder I selected and adjusting the hatch to suit. I was happy with his quote and so the job was arranged for a date which suited my arrangements. Graeme sent a mobile text on the previous day, saying he would be at my house by 09:00am on the agreed date and was there promptly as promised. The work was done efficiently and to a high standard and Graeme was friendly at all times. In addition, dust sheet were put down from my front door, all the way up to the loft access, to protect my carpets. Upon completion of the job, Graeme gave me a full demonstration of how to open the hatch and lower the ladder, making sure I could do it myself. Everything was tidied away before he left so we had no mess whatsoever. In addition, he told me that the installation comes with a lifetime guarantee. So, all-in-all I'd happily recommend Access4lofts to anyone wanting this work done.

Graeme gave a great quote for a new loft access to be created with a custom fit hand made access hatch with retracting ladder. He and his assistant also cleared out a lot of rubbish from the area and replaced deteriorated boards and finished the eves with a covering giving it a professional, tidy finish. They were polite, tidy and efficient workers keeping to schedule and on budget. I'm delighted with the job and would definitely recommend Graeme to anyone.
