My name is Graeme and I’m your Glasgow North based loft ladder installation expert. I can help you utilise your loft space by providing quick, easy and affordable loft access and storage solutions.
I can install a loft ladder, loft hatch, loft boarding, insulate and even put in a light, often in just 1 day – no mess, no fuss, just easy access to all that lovely storage space.

I contacted Graeme for a quote to floor the full loft and put up shelving. I received a quick response to my email and Graeme came out to measure up at my earliest convenience. The quote I received was detailed and broke down each individual cost. Graeme was very professional and answered all my questions before I booked a date for the fitting. I had main part of my loft floored a hatch and ladder fitted. I was desperate for additional storage space as both my partner and I are working from home. Graeme was so professional, friendly and knowledgeable. He helped with ideas with what I actually required. He kept to the original quote in both pirce and time to complete the work. Was super careful with covid procedures. The completed work was amazing all done to a very high standard. Graeme clearly takes pride in his work and ensured all was cleared up very well, used floor covering to keep my carpets clean and hoovered any dust once completed. I cannot recommend Graeme enough.

We asked Graeme to install a ladder in our unconventional loft space, which required a concertina ladder to be installed. Graeme went out of his way to source a ladder, then did a first class job at installing it in no time at all. And he also cleaned up completely after himself, leaving the space spotless! Overall we are delighted with Graeme’s work and definitely recommend him.

Graeme did a great job converting our attic space for storage. He was very professional, punctual and worked safely to Covid protocols. We needed the original hatch moved, ladder access added, raised flooring board system and shelves for storage.
