A friendly and professional business that helps utilise wasted space by providing quick, easy and affordable loft access and storage solutions. Creating space for all your needs.
We will help to advise with what is most suitable for you, we are not pushy in anyway and do not do a 'hard sell'.
We can supply and fit loft boarding (done properly and not straight onto joists), ladders (a variety of choice available), hatches (ply or uPVC), lighting (wired or battery), insulation (floor and wall), shelving (redwood timber, not chipboard). We will leave no mess. Some ladders are guaranteed for 25 years and all of our work has a minimum of 5 year guarantee.
All quotes are non obligation. We cover Glasgow, Lanarkshire, Renfrewshire, Inverclyde and Ayrshire.

Michael came out after I'd had 2 other quotes. 1 had hugely over quoted, the other I was struggling to communicate with. He came in and gave me a great quote within a quick time. Once agreed we settled on an installation date, he then quickly organised delivery of the insulation. On the day John and Winston came out and fitted the insulation. They are lovely guys who worked extremely hard on a very warm day. I can't recommend this company enough. Head and shoulders above anyone else I deal with.

I had a new loft hatch and ladders fitted by Access4lofts. The fitter turned up as agreed and done a first class job. Everything was cleaned and carpets hoovered before he left. I would definitely recommend this company.

Absolutely brilliant service from Michael and Winston. Work is of a very high standard and completed the full job as planned. In fact ahead of schedule. From first contact too completion of job it was first class. Meeting Michael at my property he gave me a complete rundown on what services and prices he could supply. He was transparent at all times and price he quoted said would not change. Agreed the following day when work would be carried out. Two men arrived on the day,at precisely the time said New loft hatch,ladder, insulation and flooring plus lighting was completed in one day. Totally professional and left a clean job even hoovered after themselves. So no complaints and have recommended to neighbours.
