Just had our new loft ladder fitted by Access4Lofts. Very professional team, provided a quote and although they charge a little more for their ladders, you get what you pay for! Very strong sturdy ladder and will make access to our loft so much easier now. The team were polite, efficient and left the house clean & tidy as well as following the new COVID-19 formalities.

I had a large area of my loft boarded and a telescopic ladder fitted. I was given a no-obligation quote, my follow-up question was answered immediately and there was no pressure to accept. Once I had accepted, the job was carried out very promptly. The way in which the team worked was very professional in every respect and the final job impressively neat, both in the area that I had requested to have boarded and all around the hatchway. I'm delighted with the result and highly recommend this company. I also recommend the slip-on overshoes they use - every tradesperson should have them!

Tom and Jackson boarded our loft, installed shelving in the eaves and added a ladder in light in impressively quick time. They were noisy as to be expected, but incredibly tidy, putting dust sheets all the way up our three-storey town house and barely leaving a single hint of dust. They were polite, accepted the rubbish tea my husband makes very happily and we're very happy with the finished result, especially the additional shelving in our small loft. My only criticism is that they didn't let us know they'd be leaving the remnants of our old loft boarding behind - but that was nothing that a trip to the dump in my dad's (bigger) car wouldn't fix! I would definitely recommend them!

Loft ladder and boarding fitted as per the quotation. The installation was carried out quickly and neatly. Jackson arrived promptly, and left my house neat and tidy.
