Loft fully boarded and insulation brought up to spec where needed, new loft ladder and hatch insulated. Clear fully itemised invoices including VAT, payment terms mentioned and plenty of payment methods. Effective, efficient and professional staff. I would recommend these guys without any reservation! They were so professional. Really lovely couple of guys came and removed all old insulation, replaced with new eco insulation and boarded my loft and very kindly moved the loft ladder that was already there so it was easier to use. Looks fab! They were really easy to have around, got on very well with each other, very polite, helpful and friendly and obviously enjoyed their work which is always nice to see. Couldn't fault the service.

The initial survey was professional and clear about the issues and alternatives in creating a new loft hatch into our roof space. The quote was clear and represented a fixed price. A list of work standards was provided and these were adhered to. The installer was very pleasant and easy to talk to about any concerns and completed the job to a good standard. It was obvious that the man doing the installation of the loft ladder knew what he was doing. He arrived on time and carried out the work to the agreed schedule and cost. The briefing on the ladder's use on completion of the installation was short, clear and to the point. The quality of the work was very good indeed and carried out with the minimum of fuss.
