Richard arrived at the given time and began work on fitting the loft ladder immediately. Richard was very thorough and took care with his workmanship. When the ladder was fitted he took time to explain how the ladder was accessed and the correct way to extend and lock the ladder in to place. There was no mess, no fuss and the job was completed very quickly. We will be using Richard again.
