Would thoroughly recommend Stevens's work to anyone. He floored our loft, put in good-quality ladders and built a new hatch for these. The work was done to a very high standard which is unusual these days. He came on time, was courteous and friendly. Our hallway was left clean and tidy. The best part was, the amount quoted was the amount we paid! Great work Steven!

Steven Hainey and his colleague floored my loft and cleared out all the old items in the loft to complete the task. Excellent work and high standard of work ethic and cleanliness. Took all old items to landfill and cleared up after the job, also fitted a loft light which is so helpful. Great job and never stopped all day. Well recommended at a brilliant price.

Had a new hatch and access ladder fitted. Found Steven respectful of my property from first visit to inspect the job. Wore overshoes. Happy with price quoted and arrived to start exactly when he said he would. Protected all floor surfaces and I heard the vacuum cleaner several times as he cleaned up as the job went on. Very happy with the standard of work.

Steven is very prompt, professional, and honest. We had an old loft ladder that was literally stuck and we agreed with him to replace it with a new one. While working on it, he managed to fix it after quite an effort and insisted on not charging us anything. I wouldn't go anywhere else for our future loft needs and renovations.
