I would highly recommend Richard and the team to anyone (and am doing so!). From the first contact to the initial survey through to installation, Richard has been extremely professional, helpful and supportive. I was initially not quite sure what options to go with, and as it was a large space, whether to be able to commit to it in one go, and Richard was patient and understanding and gave various options to talk through- in turn ensuring I understood everything fully and could make an informed decision to suit. I ended up with a full insulation, boarding, hatch and ladder to my preference and I am extremely pleased I've gone ahead with him. The team was fantastic, and they even removed and disposed of items left in the loft by previous owners- and fully cleaned up once all the work was done. It looks fantastic. A massive thank you to Richard and the team!

Set time he would arrive and kept to that time well mannered there was no mess at all he drought dust sheets with him and cleaned up any mess you would not know he had been there once work was done gave me a full demo on how loft ladder worked told me if I had any problems not to hesitate to call I would have no hesitation in recommending them.

Absolutely brilliant service from start to finish and completed so quickly. Except that we have new loft ladders and flooring we wouldn't know Richard had done the work. Thank you very much, Richard.

Excellent service from start to finish. Clear pricing and good communication. The work was completed in one day, everything was left clean and tidy. After two days I'd already started using the loft for storage. Richard was recommended by a friend and I would definitely recommend him too. Great work.

Richard arrived at the time he stated, and carried out the work in a very professional manner, including clearing up after enlarging the original loft hatch, and fully explaining how the "fold-out" ladder worked. We would have no qualms in using Richard again, or recommending him to others.

Richard arrived on time, covered carpet with dust sheets, installed a loft ladders boarding and lights. Demonstrated how to use the ladder. Really pleased with the work carried out efficiently and hoovered up afterwards.

The workers did an excellent job. We had a loft ladder and installed and the loft boarded. They were timely. They explained what they would do carefully. Several options were made available to us. They gave us a time frame for how long the work would take. They were very courteous and well spoken. The finish is excellent. The men kept everywhere clean and tidied up afterwards. I can’t recommend them highly enough.

Richard was so professional his standard of work is excellent he was on time cleaned up after himself went threw the work he had done with me eg loft ladders and have also booked Richard to board my loft highly recommend Richard which I have to my family
