Access4Lofts Liverpool South fitted a new insulated loft hatch with a wooden ladder and LED light at my home in L18. They arrived on time, protected floors and stairs, explained the operation clearly and left everything clean and tidy. The finish is neat, the ladder feels solid, and the price matched the written quote. I’m very happy with the result and would recommend it without hesitation.

Everything Richard said he was going to do he did . Arrived punctually for his survey and provided a price promptly . Arrived to do the job and progressed the work without any issues . He was vey efficient , clean and tidy .He left our landing as he found it . We are very pleased with the work he did and we would probably have more than 10 sq m if we did it again . At all times Richard was a pleasure to have in the house . He was friendly, helpful and well mannered. I have no hesitation in recommending him .

Am really pleased with the service provided by Richard (Access 4 Lofts). He was prompt when replying to my request for a quote and was able to complete the job within a couple of weeks of my decision to go ahead. I would highly recommend Richard and the team to anyone (and am doing so!). From the first contact to the initial survey through to installation, Richard has been extremely professional, helpful and supportive. I was initially not quite sure what options to go with, and as it was a large space, whether to be able to commit to it in one go, and Richard was patient and understanding and gave various options to talk through- in turn ensuring I understood everything fully and could make an informed decision to suit. I ended up with a full insulation, boarding, hatch and ladder to my preference and I am extremely pleased I've gone ahead with him. The team was fantastic, and they even removed and disposed of items left in the loft by previous owners- and fully cleaned up once all the work was done. It looks fantastic. Set time he would arrive and kept to that time well mannered there was no mess at all he drought dust sheets with him and cleaned up any mess you would not know he had been there once work was done gave me a full demo on how loft ladder worked told me if I had any problems not to hesitate to call I would have no hesitation in recommending them.

Absolutely brilliant service from start to finish and completed so quickly. Except that we have new loft ladders and flooring we wouldn't know Richard had done the work. Thank you very much, Richard.

Excellent service from start to finish. Clear pricing and good communication. The work was completed in one day, everything was left clean and tidy. After two days I'd already started using the loft for storage. Richard was recommended by a friend and I would definitely recommend him too. Great work.

Richard arrived at the time he stated, and carried out the work in a very professional manner, including clearing up after enlarging the original loft hatch, and fully explaining how the "fold-out" ladder worked. We would have no qualms in using Richard again, or recommending him to others.
