Ordered a replacement hideaway loft ladder. Richard was punctual, worked to a high standard and was conscientious about cleaning up afterward. He even brought his own vacuum cleaner. I would highly recommend his services.

Requested a new hatch and telescopic ladder to be fitted with an insulated floating floor in the loft area also a breathable membrane fitted to the roof over the boarded area. Also requested to remove the wooden support frame which had formerly held the water tank which helped create extra storage space. Richard arrived exactly at the time he said. Work was completed efficiently and timely the area was very well cleaned on completion of the work. The job was first class and the final result was better than we had expected. The operation of the newly fitted telescopic ladder was demonstrated by Richard also which was much appreciated.

Access4Lofts were friendly straight from the off, attending my house to give me a quote, being very respectful of the property and social distancing. The price was very fair for the task and I was booked in with a date which suited me. Access4Lofts arrived on time, put sheets down to protect my carpets, worked hard and were gone in plenty of time for the school run, as they originally said they would. The work was completed to a high standard and fully cleaned up after themselves. I could not be happier with the work completed.

I was really impressed with how quick the timescale was of quote to installation, and thought he was really professional. The work was done really quickly and he showed me how to use the ladder too.
