From initial query with Adrian who gave us all the information and pitfalls which we did not know with the original thinking of our lack of knowledge to the price which was half the price of a earlier quote. The two workmen who turned up as stated, to fit a new loft hatch and ladder also the boarding of the loft, were very pleasant and made sure the area’s where the work was to be carried out were covered in dust sheets and then gave us the information of what was being carried out and this was done with them only taking a break for lunch, they also tidied up at the end of each day. After the works were finished they showed us the completed loft and showed how the loft hatch opened and to use the ladder and then gave us the lifetime guarantee, also they said if we needed any assistance in the future to not hesitate contacting them. Would recommend Adrian and the team to anybody who is thinking of having any loft/boarding works. Top class work.

Been looking at loft ladders for a while now, and when I asked for a quote I was pleasantly surprised. We were kept informed once we had placed the order for the work. Unfortunately we had to reschedule work, as the ladders we had ordered had not arrived into stock due to supplier shipment problems, They were very apologetic. When they came to do the work, they were very clean and tidy, even placing floor coverings, so as to not dirty the carpet. They took away all the rubbish, very friendly installer. Finished product and installation are brilliant, highly recommended.

We are very happy with the final result in our loft. An excellent job from start to finish. The lads were extremely courteous and kept disruption to a minimum. The work was completed in a timely manner. I would have no hesitation in recommending Access4Lofts to friends and family.

Adrian and his team created more storage space in the dead space in the eaves of our loft room. They did a fantastic job. From quotation to the work itself ran smoothly, no delays, and the job finished to an exceptional standard. The whole team were very professional, and just arrived and cracked on with the job. It was all finished and tidied up on time. Highly recommended from me!

I had the loft hatch resituated and the end result was superb so neat and tidy, there was no mess whatsoever after they cleaned up when the job was finished, fantastic job.

I had my loft insulated, boarded and a new hatch and ladder installed and I couldn’t be happier. It’s proven hard to find reliable tradesmen who finish work to a high standard at a reasonable price, and Adrian & co have ticked these boxes. They showed up on time, laid dust sheets and hoovered up after themselves each day, and were really friendly. The boarding is cut and laid so precisely it’s a shame it’s not something that’s on show! Work was done to the fixed quote price (even when it transpired the ladder had been missed off my quote) - which for someone on a tight budget is really great. If only they could do all the work that needs doing in my house, I’d hire them back in a heartbeat as their workmanship is without fault, and I would 100% recommend them.

The work entailed the supply and fitting of boarding on a loft leg floating floor raised above insulation at new standard depth sitting on the house's structural joists, together with the installation of a battery powered loft light ( batteries included). Adrian visited to advise us on the work beforehand and sent through a quotation regarding price with an agreed date for completion. On the day, the team arrived on time and set out dust sheets. Work was completed in an efficient manner and my husband and I were shown the end result. The communication beforehand, throughout and since has been exemplary. I seldom write reviews, as unfortunately I am seldom satisfied that work is done on time, with clear advice and completed to a high standard; in this case I was delighted! Highly recommended.

I chose Access4Lofts as I noticed they were a Which? Trust Trader. The funny thing was that both my wife I can stumbled upon them on the same day from different sources. Adrian came and did the site survey and wore a mask and adhered to Covid guidance. He gave us a few options which paid particular attention to the fact that our house was a new build with a NHBC warranty. When we got the quote is was clearly priced and itemised. It took 1.5 days to complete the job and they used dust sheets to protect carpets etc and tidied up after themselves. Again while doing the job they adhered to Covid guidelines. Very professional job which has given us freedom to organise our living space better.

Adrian came and was professional and knowledgeable throughout, offering all potential options available to us and what was safe/unsafe when we had not considered such options. All pricing was clear and the booking process and communication prior to turning up for the job was excellent. Adrian was very clean and professional throughout. Job looks great.
