I found Access4Lofts via Which trusted traders and have been very pleased with the service. From arranging to come and look at my loft to completing the work, there has been no fuss. The work was done promptly and with respect, my house was left clean and tidy and I was not disturbed. The price was competitive too! Would recommend!

We're really happy with the work Adrian did on our loft. The initial quote was quick and easy and Adrian was friendly and knowledgable about the work to be completed. The work itself was completed to a very high standard, exactly as discussed and at a competitive price on a day we chose. There was minimal disruption and any mess / dust etc... was cleaned up to the point you wouldn't know they had been there. The shelves, ladder, light and boarding have transformed our loft from a dark dumping ground to a usable storage space. We couldn't have asked for more and wholeheartedly recommend Adrian and Access4Lofts.

The work to fit out our loft was completed today after commencing yesterday. Excellent work done to a high standard. Daniel placed dust sheets on the carpet to minimise mess and even hoovered up after he had finished. Very happy with the finished job and would highly recommend. Daniel and Adrian were courteous and friendly throughout the process and they clearly take great pride in their work. Once completed, I was taken up to see the new insulation and flooring to ensure I was completely happy. Great price too compared to other quotes received. All paperwork/guarantee were signed off and left with me. Shame all contractors aren't as thorough, competent and deliver what they promise to.

From first speaking to Access4lofts I could tell they were extremely professional and honest. They came out and did a no obligation quote and were really honest about what we would and wouldn’t need. They were friendly and helpful and advised us on products we could purchase to help with access. When we booked them they were really good at replying to emails and lovely over the phone. On the day they arrived promptly and were very friendly! They cleaned up after themselves once finished and showed me the loft and work done which I was extremely happy with! From start to finish Access4lofts we're a brilliant company to work with. Adrian returned my call promptly after my first enquiry with the office, who were efficient and friendly. After viewing the work required he sent a prompt email re price, which is all transparent on their website. The job was booked, the loft hatch widened and ladders fitted. The boys arrived on time. They were polite, efficient and friendly. Work was carried out to a high standard. Everything cleared and cleaned away when finished. They took the time to explain everything to me, how the ladders worked etc not rushing me when asking questions. Would not hesitate to recommend.

We recently had a new loft hatch installed with ladder attached, along with boarding and shelving. The team that came were very friendly yet professional. They insisted on using dust sheets all the way from the front door to the upstairs landing where they were doing the work. They turned up bang on time and did a really professional job. The extra space it has provided for us is crazy and the new loft hatch and ladder combo means I don’t have to wait for my husband to get up there any more. I would definitely recommend this company to anybody else looking to maximise their loft storage and have easier access.

Fantastic service from start to finish. Adrian did the initial survey for me, he was extremely friendly and explained everything I need to know to me beyond a professional standard. Aidan did the work for me and again with an extremely friendly and professional service. The work was completed quicker than I’d expected (approx. 5 hours) and Aidan demonstrated and showed me everything upon completion. He also used dust sheets and cleaned everywhere once finished. From initial query with Adrian who gave us all the information and pitfalls which we did not know with the original thinking of our lack of knowledge to the price which was half the price of a earlier quote. The two workmen who turned up as stated, to fit a new loft hatch and ladder also the boarding of the loft, were very pleasant and made sure the area’s where the work was to be carried out were covered in dust sheets and then gave us the information of what was being carried out and this was done with them only taking a break for lunch, they also tidied up at the end of each day. After the works were finished they showed us the completed loft and showed how the loft hatch opened and to use the ladder and then gave us the lifetime guarantee, also they said if we needed any assistance in the future to not hesitate contacting them. Would recommend Adrian and the team to anybody who is thinking of having any loft/boarding works. Top class work.

Been looking at loft ladders for a while now, and when I asked for a quote I was pleasantly surprised. We were kept informed once we had placed the order for the work. Unfortunately we had to reschedule work, as the ladders we had ordered had not arrived into stock due to supplier shipment problems, They were very apologetic. When they came to do the work, they were very clean and tidy, even placing floor coverings, so as to not dirty the carpet. They took away all the rubbish, very friendly installer. Finished product and installation are brilliant, highly recommended.

Adrian and his team created more storage space in the dead space in the eaves of our loft room. They did a fantastic job. From quotation to the work itself ran smoothly, no delays, and the job finished to an exceptional standard. The whole team were very professional, and just arrived and cracked on with the job. I had my loft insulated, boarded and a new hatch and ladder installed and I couldn’t be happier. It’s proven hard to find reliable tradesmen who finish work to a high standard at a reasonable price, and Adrian & co have ticked these boxes. They showed up on time, laid dust sheets and hoovered up after themselves each day, and were really friendly. The boarding is cut and laid so precisely it’s a shame it’s not something that’s on show! Work was done to the fixed quote price (even when it transpired the ladder had been missed off my quote) - which for someone on a tight budget is really great. If only they could do all the work that needs doing in my house, I’d hire them back in a heartbeat as their workmanship is without fault, and I would 100% recommend them.

The work entailed the supply and fitting of boarding on a loft leg floating floor raised above insulation at new standard depth sitting on the house's structural joists, together with the installation of a battery powered loft light ( batteries included). Adrian visited to advise us on the work beforehand and sent through a quotation regarding price with an agreed date for completion. On the day, the team arrived on time and set out dust sheets. Work was completed in an efficient manner and my husband and I were shown the end result. The communication beforehand, throughout and since has been exemplary. I seldom write reviews, as unfortunately I am seldom satisfied that work is done on time, with clear advice and completed to a high standard; in this case I was delighted! Highly recommended.

I chose Access4Lofts as I noticed they were a Which? Trust Trader. The funny thing was that both my wife I can stumbled upon them on the same day from different sources. Adrian came and did the site survey and wore a mask and adhered to Covid guidance. He gave us a few options which paid particular attention to the fact that our house was a new build with a NHBC warranty. When we got the quote is was clearly priced and itemised. It took 1.5 days to complete the job and they used dust sheets to protect carpets etc and tidied up after themselves. Again while doing the job they adhered to Covid guidelines. Very professional job which has given us freedom to organise our living space better.

Adrian came and was professional and knowledgeable throughout, offering all potential options available to us and what was safe/unsafe when we had not considered such options. From my initial chat with Adrian at Access4Lofts I was very impressed. Both him and Ade came across extremely friendly. On the initial Survey, Adrian was extremely professional explaining clearly to me the opportunities that I had with my loft space and explained in clear detail what process would be if I choose to go ahead with the Job. Before the Job commencing I had some additional questions and queries which were answered promptly and Adrian went out of this way to help me. One the day of the work Adrian and Ade attended promptly and every day made sure that my house was prepared to ensure that they wouldn't dirty the carpets etc. During the work, they NEVER STOPPED!!! they were extremely polite and friendly at all times, gave me progress updates and literally went above and beyond the job required. I without any hesitation recommend Access4lofts - Manchester. The pricing was clear, fair and I believe extremely competitive for what I got.
