I can install a loft ladder, loft hatch, loft boarding, insulate and even put in a light, often in just 1 day – no mess, no fuss, just easy access to all that lovely storage space.

Kelvin topped up our insulation and replaced some rather flimsy existing boarding in part of our loft. The work was completed swiftly and to a high standard on the agreed date. Kelvin was even able to recycle some of the old boarding into additional shelving for us. Kelvin topped up loft insulation and boarded up some of the loft area to an agreed plan. After an initial quote, the work was discussed and some adjustments were agreed after a second visit. This was handled professionally and resulted in a small decrease in price. Kelvin is polite and prompt. Listens and discusses and gets on with work to agreed plan. He worked under sweltering conditions to complete the work to schedule. Without hesitation, I would recommend Kelvin to anyone looking for loft work.
