Kelvin fitted our loft boarding, new hatch including ladder and LED lights in our loft space. He was very professional and friendly - explained how to use the hatch and ladder easily. I would definitely recommend his service.

I had quotes from three different companies and Access4lofts were the cheapest by far and after reading reviews I was happy for them to do the job.I was a tradesman myself and know good work when I see it. I was very happy with there work they were very professional and extremely tidy I would highly recommend them.

Just a small area of boarding, but needed to avoid some things, and have a reinforced area for a tank. Did a very neat job, with no fuss, but asked for my opinion where necessary. Cleared up afterwards.

I explained the problem with the ladder not clearing the hatch and that the job was partially completed. Kelvin took the job on and completed in a day, on a Sunday, because he was booked up for the next two weeks and did not want to leave us with an open hatch. Very thoughtful, the job was completed to a good standard. He fitted three LED strip lights to complete the job and placed a new switch conveniently by the hatch. The price was reasonable given he worked on a Sunday Many Thanks Kelvin.

Had my loft insulated, boarded, ladder installed and light fitted. Really happy with it, loft finally properly insulated and I have a lot of storage space up there now. Really friendly service, very courteous and professional when speccing out the job, and they even hoovered after completing the job leaving nothing for me to do. Mr Kelvin Lee and his staff added additional insulation to our loft, boarded the part that we wish to use for storage and also added extra storage shelving. The quote we received from Access4lofts in Milton Keynes was very reasonable. It was well laid our and easy to read. It was also half the price of a comparable quote from an alternative supplier. The work was done in less time than expected. Our Carpets were protected while the work was carried out and protective shoes and gloves were worn. No mess was created. The work was caried our very professionally with quality materials and to a high level. I would not hesitate to use Access4lofts again, or to recommend them to friends and colleagues.

Kelvin was very professional throughout, from initial visit, detailed information & options to quotation and follow-up installation of loft ladder and loft boarding. He was polite and just got on with the job, until it was completed to plan and of very good quality. Kelvin is very professional and we are very satisfied with the Loft storage conversion work today. He demonstrated very precisely on the loft ladder instructions and made the access to the solar panel switch inside the loft seamlessly.

Kelvin was very professional he fitted loft boards and ladder into our double garage all in one day. He did a very neat and tidy job and we were very pleased with the work.

Kelvin came to survey the job and was very knowledgeable about what could and couldn’t be done. We had raised boarding where the old water tank sat. This needed to be removed to fit the new loft hatch and wooden ladder. Out of all the companies to survey the job, Kelvin was the only one to suggest cutting this boarding up and creating extra storage space. The quote was also one of the cheaper out of all those received. I was out for the day of the works but my wife commented that they just came in and got on with the work. They had an issue with not being able to move a smoke alarm but found a solution around this. We are pleased with the end result and the area was left very tidy after completion. Would fully recommend for both price and quality of work

Choosing a loft company is a bit of a minefield but I am very pleased we chose Kelvin at Access4lofts. The quote was below what we expected for a new build and the work carried out within a week of the quote, with text messages keeping us informed. Kelvin arrived on time (in fact early) and just beavered away all day with little fuss or disruption to the household. The stairs and hallway were carefully prepared to minimise damage and mess. The work itself is top-class and Kelvin made sure I was aware of the safety measure required when operating the loft ladder. The house was left and clean and tidy as when he started except we now have a lovely loft conversion too! Very happy with the outcome.

I was very pleased with Kelvin's service. He gave me a clear quotation and stuck to it, arrived on time and proceeded with the work quietly and quickly. He put down cloth to completely protect the carpet and cleaned up so thoroughly afterwards that you would never had known a workman had been here. He made sure I knew how to lower the loft ladder safely, and climb up and down it. My loft now has a great new storage area and I am delighted with it.
