My name is Simon and I’m your Newcastle based loft ladder installation expert. I can help you utilise your loft space by providing quick, easy and affordable loft access and storage solutions.
I can install a loft ladder, loft hatch, loft boarding, insulate and even put in a light, often in just 1 day – no mess, no fuss, just easy access to all that lovely storage space.

Having just moved into a new house we were desperate for additional storage space. The answer was to board our loft and install a high quality loft ladder. Simon from Access4Lofts Newcastle answered our query quickly and gave us an installation date at the soonest opportunity. The work was carried out on time and to a very high standard. Simon and Mo cleaned up at the end of Day 1 and at the end of the job on Day 2 and were respectful of my property at all times. I would wholeheartedly recommend their services and would use them again if I were to move home. A top job at a competitive price.

Simon and his helper were very friendly and obliging. They completed quite a challenging task from 10am to 5.30pm. The end result was neat and of good quality . The cost of the installation was reasonable considering the amount of work and materials involved. They left my house clean and tidy on completion.

Simon and his brother did a fantastic job fitting additional insulation, boarding and membrane to our loft. They arrived exactly when they said they would, did a fantastic job, charged exactly as they quoted and tidied up after themselves such that you would never know they had been . They even did some lovely little extras (at no cost), such at sealing a couple of holes they spotted in our tiles and fixing the loft ladder (that was not installed correctly by someone else). Both Simon and his brother were really pleasant and friendly and I would highly recommend them both.
