My name is Simon and I’m your Newcastle based loft ladder installation expert. I can help you utilise your loft space by providing quick, easy and affordable loft access and storage solutions.
I can install a loft ladder, loft hatch, loft boarding, insulate and even put in a light, often in just 1 day – no mess, no fuss, just easy access to all that lovely storage space.

This company installed a blind loft hatch in the bedroom. Drilled two peep hole's to look through to make sure it was safe before the installation. The two operatives were pleasent and polite and very efficient and provided a very professional service. It was on schedule and agreed price,and provided information for aftercare.

Simon & Chris fitted insulation, floorboards, shelves, lighting and a new hatch with ladder for our loft which was in quite a state. Great workmanship and both cleaned up well after the work was done. Highly pleased with the result. They've given a new lease of life to the loft and we feel like we have tons of storage space now. I would not hesitate to recommend them!
