A very satisfactory experience from the site visit to provide a quotation to the execution of the work. Dave was very polite , helpful and respectful and would have no hesitation in recommending him to any of my friends to carry out this work.

Having read quite a few of the reviews, I wholeheartedly agree with them, a true 5* job. Dave arrived on time, explained what he was going to do, laid out his dustsheets covering the landing and stairs then cracked on with the job of modifying the loft hatch surround, fitting a new insulated loft hatch and then installed the new loft ladder system. Dave then showed us how to open & close the new loft hatch and then how to deploy and put back away in the loft the new ladder (if I can do it anybody can). I would recommend Dave (Access4Lofts) to anybody in Devon and Cornwall. Thanks Dave (as we say in Devon Proper Job)

The team at Access4Lofts installed around 9m2 of flooring in the loft of our new build property. The team arrived on time and were courteous and efficient. They made sure we understood what they did and importantly that the install did not affect our NHBC certificate. The work was of excellent standard and we’d highly recommend them to anyone else in future.

Dave of Lofts4Us gave us a quote at the end of last year which we accepted and he advised work would commence 07/02/22. On 06/2 we were contacted to ensure we were ready for the installation and Dave arrived promptly at 09:00 as previously advised. Dave was polite and friendly and proceeded to cover carpets on stairs and landing. He did not need any assistance and carried out work without any disruption to us. There was minimal noise and no mess. He finished the job quicker than we expected and then ran us through the workings of the ladder he had installed and asked us to inspect the loft flooring he had installed. Everything ran really smooth from start to finish and would highly recommend Dave and Lofts4Us.
