Jack and Jamie were bang on time 0800. They got straight to work dust sheets on the stairs and landing minimum noise and 4 1/2 hours in the majority of the boards and the ladder was in and a demonstration on how to use the ladder. When I got in from work everything was tidy and the finished loft was really really good. Highly recommend Jack and Jamie both lads were polite and well mannered.

We were thinking of having our loft boarded so contacted access4lofts for a quote. Jack arrived at the time agreed and gave a quotation for the work I wanted. He was smart, straight to the point, organised and efficient. He outlined the options and we agreed the price which I felt was reasonable. A friend had done his own loft boarding and it took him a week. It cost him the same. Jack and his colleague took half a day as quoted and we are thrilled with the results. They worked cleanly and explained what they had done. Lifetime guarantee for the work as well. Very pleased.

Jack arrived promptly for the appointment to quote for the job. He listened to what we needed, which involved moving the hatch to a more accessible area, boarding a useable area and installing the telescopic ladders. We found Jack to be professional, knowledgeable, friendly and honest. Our loft area is low and quite small but he made the best plan for what we had. A quote was received later in the day which we accepted and arranged for the work to be done when we returned from holiday - approx 3 weeks after. Jamie came to do our job and again, arrived promptly and was very respectful to our property. All the landing floor and stairs were covered. He worked really hard all day and we just left him to it. Once finished, Jamie talked me through how to operate the ladder and I climbed up into our loft for the first time in a decade. Jamie has installed 2 lights and showed me where they were and how to operate. We are thrilled with the work carried out and without hesitation would recommend Jack and Jamie to anyone wanting a loft boarding and ladder installation.

Dust sheets were not needed, the installation was completed in a professional manner and due to other work being completed the date of our job was brought forward to the day the quote was originally due to be done, so a very fast turnaround and very helpful for us.
