The work carried out was the removal of the old loft ladder and installation of a new 3 section ladder. The installer Jack Ellis did a very professional job. He arrived at the agreed time and carried out all the work required, particularly ensuring the ladder could be safely stowed away in a safe and secure manner. He went through very carefully with me how to operate the ladder to ensure it was used in a safe way. The work took about 2 hours. Excellent work all round at a very reasonable price and I would recommend Jack to any other potential customer. On a personal note, Jack is a very cheerful and friendly character.

Jack fitted a new telescopic loft ladder and installed a 6ft LED baton in my loft. Communication from the arrangement to quote, the quote and the job itself was excellent and all to agreed schedule and cost. Have no hesitation whatsoever in commissioning Jack to improve your loft space and/or improving access to your loft. The work is of a high standard performed in a very professional and courteous manner . Jack also operates to a code of conduct regarding Covid 19 ensuring there is little risk and at the end of the job all areas were wiped down with disinfectant cloths . Overall a very good job, done well, done on time, done at a good price. I am very pleased.

The installation was carried out by a friendly, personable installer ( Jack Ellis ) who provided a professional service from quotation to completion. The workmanship was excellent and installation was in accordance with the agreed timetable. Advice was provided regarding the options available to us and the respective prices prior to going ahead. Any queries we had were promptly answered. I would not hesitate to recommend this company.

Graham and Jack arrived at half 8 and put down sheets straight away. The both got on with the job and were very courteous with how they approached everything. They didn't even accept a brew until they had a 10 minute break then back to it with a short lunch later on and had the job finished by half 3. They cleaned up and left the place cleaner than when they arrived! The took me through the demo and all the information needed about the work. First class job and very respectful guys.

Jack arrived on time with all the equipment required to complete the loft ladder access. We are very pleased with the quality of the hardware and everything works exactly as Jack explained when providing the detailed quote. There were no extras on the bill.

On the day the work was scheduled for, Jack arrived on time, closed all doors in the immediate vicinity to avoid dust etc going in the rooms and covered the carpet. He kept me informed throughout the day of the work he’d done and, when the job was complete, he cleared up to the extent that you wouldn’t know any work had been done.
