We met Jack when he was doing a Loft Access for some friends. We were very impressed with the job he was doing. We had been told that we could not alter our own loft access because of the limited space we had. Jack agreed to come and have a look. He advised on what we could and could not do and gave us a fixed price quotation for what he suggested. He arrived promptly at 8am and worked efficiently and cleanly. On completion of fitting the new access hatch and three section ladder, he demonstrated its safe use. There was no hard sell and no hidden extras. Jack kept us informed by email of his quote and date for the work. He was always cheerful and cleaned up his work areas both inside the house and outside.

True professional from start to finish. Very reasonable quote given on arranged visit to site. Details were emailed to us beforehand owing to current pandemic situation. Jack arrived prompt on the day and time agreed. He explained how to operate the hatch and ladder after he had cleared everything away. Very pleased with the customer service.

Jack completed the boarding of our loft today. He came and quoted us for the job and was extremely professional. He wasn’t pushy at all and was very helpful with advice and information. The price he quoted was exactly what we paid, no hidden extras. He completed the job to a high standard, fitting a permanent light and access ladder. He even cleaned up after himself as well. Don’t often complete reviews but I can rate Jack highly enough and would definitely recommend him to anyone considering boarding their loft.

We had our hatch to the loft extended, all the loft was fitted with a floating floor, lighting was fitted and a extending ladder with handrail. The job was finished to the agreed schedule and was much cheaper than we anticipated for the work that we wanted done. We are more than happy with the finished result and Jack Ellis was very clean, helpful and professional all through the process, couldn't speak more highly of his work, very polite and explained every step of the process. Jack extended our old loft hatch, installed a new ladder and put down boarding. He did so in a very professional manner and paid particular attention to the need for social distancing. Throughout the process, the customer service has been outstanding and the work carried out exemplary. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him.

The work carried out was the removal of the old loft ladder and installation of a new 3 section ladder. The installer Jack Ellis did a very professional job. He arrived at the agreed time and carried out all the work required, particularly ensuring the ladder could be safely stowed away in a safe and secure manner. He went through very carefully with me how to operate the ladder to ensure it was used in a safe way. The work took about 2 hours. Excellent work all round at a very reasonable price and I would recommend Jack to any other potential customer. On a personal note, Jack is a very cheerful and friendly character.

Jack fitted a new telescopic loft ladder and installed a 6ft LED baton in my loft. Communication from the arrangement to quote, the quote and the job itself was excellent and all to agreed schedule and cost. Have no hesitation whatsoever in commissioning Jack to improve your loft space and/or improving access to your loft. The work is of a high standard performed in a very professional and courteous manner . Jack also operates to a code of conduct regarding Covid 19 ensuring there is little risk and at the end of the job all areas were wiped down with disinfectant cloths . Overall a very good job, done well, done on time, done at a good price. I am very pleased.

The installation was carried out by a friendly, personable installer ( Jack Ellis ) who provided a professional service from quotation to completion. The workmanship was excellent and installation was in accordance with the agreed timetable. Advice was provided regarding the options available to us and the respective prices prior to going ahead.
