Access4Lofts Tunbridge Wells

We identified Access4Lofts online and they were the first company to come back to us. They discussed our requirements and then provided a clear quote which I thought was very reasonable. The work was then arranged and one of the team came to complete our loft installation on the date/time agreed. He was very professional and worked hard for the period he was on site. The work was completed to a very high standard and he even let us video the demonstration so that we were clear on how to access the loft and could observe all of the safety features built into the multi-ladder system. He also installed a light fitting for us which was included in the price. All in all, we were delighted with the service and the work that was completed, including the hoovering that was done before they left to leave us cleaner than they had found us! Would definitely recommend.

Great work from start to finish. We had a loft ladder and new hatch installed they were very helpful in explaining which option would be best for us. The guys who did the work did it very efficiently and were very respectful of our home. Left everything as if they had not been here. We are really pleased with the job they have done.

They took great care during installation to minimise the mess/disruption and installed the loft boarding, ladder and hatch to a high quality. Everything was clearly explained and guarantee information provided promptly. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them or use them again in future.

We’re delighted with the work carried out by ionut and team. The loft space has been transformed and is now so easy to get to and move around in. No longer do we dread having to put anything in the attic! They were very professional from start to finish. A thorough initial survey (which differed to other companies I spoke to who only provided quotes by phone) followed by a detailed quotation follow up communication. The work was carried out on time. They were incredibly polite and considerate and they left the house cleaner and tidier than when they arrived. Highly recommend.
