Glenn from Access4lofts was excellent, he was punctual and looked after the house (carpets and hoovering up after himself), he even cleaned some guttering for free. Glenn was pleasant and made transparent recommendations at all stages, showing the work he had performed after completion. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for loft work!

Glenn of Wakefield fitted a new loft ladder and modified the hatch door. It was done to the agreed schedule and budget. Glenn was very helpful and his work was outstanding. Aftercare was excellent as was the job. I would recommend access4lofts Wakefied. Brilliant guy and an excellent job.

Glenn was perfect for us. We had a job which had to be done in a hurry for a new boiler to be fitted in our loft. He came quickly, quoted quickly. came on a Saturday completed the job very well. He was exceptionally tidy and cleaned up very well. I highly recommend him.

Glenn came to fit a loft ladder and board my loft. He explained all he needed to before commencing, arrived on time on the allotted day, and put dust sheets down from the door to the loft. He carried out the work in the time he said it would, and it was all very satisfactorily completed. After completion he explained how to use the loft ladder and made sure that I was happy with the work. All in all a very good workman and I have no hesitation in recommending him.

I would highly recommend Glenn form Access4lofts Wakefield. Having decided what I wanted doing I sort advice and quotes from a number of companies. Glenn arrived on time and explained what he could do, I instantly felt confident in him and gave him the work. A date was set and again Glenn arrived on time he covered all our carpets and quietly (other than the sound of his saw etc) and professionally got about his work. On completion he showed me what had been done explained and demonstrated how the loft ladders worked and how to make them safe. On my inspection it was visible a first class job had been done. Glenn tidied up after his work. I would high recommend Glenn who I found to be highly professional but more important a genuine bloke who took pride in his work and his customers. I’m very pleased with the finished product and wouldn’t go anywhere else if I need similar in the future. A top class job and a first class worker. Not an easy job cutting blind into a fully boarded ceiling but getting it right first time kept any mess to a minimum & left it clean when finished would certainly would use again no problem

All work was carried out to a high standard by Glenn. He arrived on time, covered all carpets where he was working, there wasn’t any mess anyway. Would highly recommend Glenn

Glen provided an outstanding service , from the initial site visit, through to quotation and carrying out the work . He explained to us all the options available to us and on completion of the work demonstrated how the new loft ladder worked. He was exceptionally neat and tidy, and his attention to detail was first class as he came up with solutions to solve a couple of issues we already had within the loft area. Equally important to the standard of his work was his approach to the work. He was very professional and worked long hours to complete the job and was very pleasant and polite at all times. It was actually a pleasure having him in our home . And the final icing on the cake ; he is a dog lover, so more than happy to work in a home with a resident dog ! In summary ; we would absolutely recommend him for loft work, based upon the standard of his work, his honesty and fair pricing and the fact that he is a genuinely good guy !

Not a speck of dust of dirt after each day on site. An absolute marvellous job. Would definitely recommend your services. You cannot tell I have had any alterations done, Glenn at Access4Lofts, Wakefield has done a really splendid job.
