Access4Lofts Warrington

We had a loft hatch and ladder that had been previously badly fitted by another company (the ladder jammed into the hatch, and had broken off one of the locks) and needed to get it sorted out as it was letting a lot of cold into the house. I found Access4Lofts in an internet search for businesses near me. I actually e-mailed three businesses, and they were the only ones with the courtesy to message back. I explained the problem we had to Phil, at the Warrington branch, and he said he'd be able to pop 'round a couple of days later, which he did. He looked at the issues, and explained our options clearly and concisely. We agreed to have both replaced with newer, stronger equipment, and arranged a date when he could come back and fit the new items. He arrived with his work partner on the arranged date at the agreed time, and took out the old ladder and hatch and replaced them with the new ones, which were immediately much better. There was a slight problem, with the loft floor needing to be slightly raised to accommodate the new ladder, but Phil and his work partner did this for us at no extra cost. They cleaned everything up for us afterwards, and even took the old items away. Everything was done with the minimum of fuss. We couldn't be happier with the service we received, and would definitely use them again if we needed any further work doing in the loft.

Commenced on time, all works done as discussed, even a light fitted which we didn't request or discuss, neat and tidy workmanship, protection supplied to all the floors and cleaned up spotless on completion. More than happy with the job, I have already recommended him to my friends, all works carried out in a Covid aware manner. 100% very satisfied customer.

Phill came to our house and finished the job in a few hours. This included boarding our loft and having shelves. He was very clean and tidy. No mess at all! We are happy with the work done. Would recommend.

After reviewing Access4Lofts online I contacted the local supplier. He was very polite and informative but as he was extremely busy at that point he gave me a contact that was normally working just outside my area. I phoned Phil Sutton (Access4Lofts Warrington) who was once again very polite, professional and informative, we arranged a date for him to come and assess our requirements and give a quote. Phil arrived on time discussed our requirements and gave options. He gave a breakdown of costs alongside those options I chose which options and he gave a price followed by an email with the cost breakdown. I agreed to the work at that cost and we set a date the following week for the work to be done. Phil arrived on time and completed the work in the set timeframe and the agreed cost. His workmanship was excellent, cleanliness, finish quality and resulting loft insulation, flooring, lighting and access ladder left me delighted! I cannot speak highly enough about Phil and his work and give him the highest recommendation! You will not be disappointed! I have used Phil for more work in a storage area of my 150 year old house and he has done the loft work at my Mum’s house. If you use Phil Sutton of Access4Lofts you will not be disappointed!

We called Access4Lofts Warrington when another franchise had not returned our call for several days. Phil was able to visit within a few days and do the work within a week which was great during a period of lock-down. Really impressed by the ladder and quality of workmanship.

Cannot thank Phil enough. From the quick and easy quote (which was very competitive!), to the day of install, the whole process was simple. Phil advised on what would be best for my loft space and offered suggestions and was flexible with the amount of boarding I required. The install was all completed well within the day, with Phil finishing up mid afternoon. Everywhere was left tidy and my property was treated with care. I now have a great storage space which is easy to access. Would highly recommend Phil’s work.

Phil has been amazing from pricing up the job to completion, he’s so professional and customer service is second to none. He turns up when he says he will, emailed the quote when he said and then followed it up. Arrived 8am on the agreed day and worked really hard with his colleague, Got straight on with the job and had our loft boarded in a day. He was also priced competitively.
