I can install a loft ladder, loft hatch, loft boarding, insulate and even put in a light, often in just 1 day – no mess, no fuss, just easy access to all that lovely storage space.

Phil has been amazing from pricing up the job to completion, he’s so professional and customer service is second to none. He turns up when he says he will, emailed the quote when he said and then followed it up. Arrived 8am on the agreed day and worked really hard with his colleague, Got straight on with the job and had our loft boarded in a day. He was also priced competitively. Really glad to have found Phil as he’s definitely restored our faith in tradesmen. Cannot fault a single thing and we are so happy with our loft! Thank you!

I found this company on a Google search and can't recommend them highly enough. I have had two loft spaces converted, one above my house and the other above my garage. Both are now very easily accessible and well lit. The design of the flooring and shelving has resulted in massive storage space and possibly a little den for my grandchildren. The whole job took less than a day and the place was left spotless afterwards. Phil and his colleague, who carried out the work, were charming, friendly and trustworthy. I was more than happy to leave them in my house on their own whilst running a few errands.

The fitter put down covers and carried out the fitting of a loft ladder to a good standard (having first gone through the best way of fitting it with my roof height restrictions) He cleaned up after and left everything clean and tidy (explaining in detail how everything worked. Phil came & boarded out a part of our loft. Fitted an electric light for us too. We now have more space to access in our home.
