My name is Wayne and I’m your Warwick based loft ladder installation expert. I can help you utilise your loft space by providing quick, easy and affordable loft access and storage solutions.
I can install a loft ladder, loft hatch, loft boarding, insulate and even put in a light, often in just 1 day – no mess, no fuss, just easy access to all that lovely storage space.

I came across Wayne and Lewis last summer working on my estate, so glad I asked for their business card. I phoned this week they came and assessed my loft for insulation on Monday explained what would be needed to be done in detail, came and completed the job on Wednesday, even phoned and apologised as running little late due to hold up on motorway. Their quick a clean work excellent, even tidied up a dangling wire for me, dust sheets down, left no mess, would never known had been here. Price very good, maybe could have gone elsewhere perhaps got cheaper but I do know I have had the professional people and have peace of mind when the winter comes I am going to be warm and cozy and cutting back on energy bills. Would definitely recommend Access4Lofts, Warwick. Thank you, Wayne and son Lewis.

The survey of the work required was thorough and Wayne and Lewis took care to understand what I wanted doing. The quotation was clear and easy to understand. On the day of the installation they completed the work quicker than I expected, showed me what had been done and explained how the loft ladder worked and left everything clean and tidy. Since the installation the house has been much warmer and I'm looking forward to my heating bills being lower. I am pleased and very satisfied with their work.

I rang Wayne about a week ago after not being able to get my Christmas decorations out the loft. My son managed to look at it in the meantime but whilst Wayne was in the area yesterday he came and checked the loft ladder. Very happy with the work carried out. He found the problem along with two further problems and fixed it very promptly. Would highly recommend!

The service that was offer by Wayne and Lewis (father and son) from start to finish was beyond esceptional very profficient and exceeded my expectations borth are very friendly and polite. They layed down the sheets in the carpets cleaned up any they left as they went along went through how to use the new loft ladders until I was happy I could use them on my own they also mentioned that the product was lifetime guaranteed wouldnt hessitate to phone them again if I ever need another loft ladder. Wayne rang me to say that he could be with me earlier than scheduled to fit the loft ladder. I agreed to the new appointment time. Exactly on time Wayne arrived. He looked at where the old loft ladder was situated. He laid down his dust sheets and then proceeded with fitting the new ladders. He was very professional and extremely tidey. He finished a little sooner than expected but did not rush the job. Cleaned up any mess, and took up the dust sheets. He went through how the new loft ladders operated and went through the procedure until I felt happy with how they worked and let me operate the ladders. He informed me he would email the invoice/lifetime guarantee, the following morning. I received the invoice/guarantee early the next morning as promised. FIVE STAR SERVICE. Many Thanks Steve Walker
