About
Established in 1999, Acorn fencing are a professional and friendly family run firm. We specialise in fencing, decking and gates.
Fencing - We offer repairs and new lines of fencing, including concrete posts and gravel boards, heavy duty close board and traditional lap panels, constructed close board, picket fencing and post and rail.
Decking - We have designed and constructed a variety of decks. From the plain and simple to those including split levels, ballastrading, including low voltage lighting and steps. We have even installed a beer fridge! We construct decking using softwood, hardwood and composite materials.
Gates - We supply and fit a large range of gates and gate hardware, including double gates, single gates and picket gates.
We are happy to offer our advice and expertise for your particular needs. We offer a free no obligation quote.

Nick replaced 9 fencing panels. It was an efficient job, completed to schedule and in good time. It was quality work at a reasonable price. We had chosen Nick because we were impressed by the work he had done for a neighbour and we were not disappointed. They were cheerful, punctual and always ready to answer questions. The old fence panels were cleared away and the finished result looks very good - now I've got to deal with the wisteria!

Very professional job from Nick and his team. We are really pleased with the end result. Our fence was on a slope and with a stepped wall beneath it, Nick fitted a custom made fence that looks really good and is very sturdy and really well constructed. Would thoroughly recommend Acorn Fencing and Decking. Nick went the extra mile to sort out another part of our existing fencing which we greatly appreciated.

Nick and Timmy installed 66' of close board fencing with concrete posts and 1' gravel boards. The work was started on agreed date and completed the next day. I was very satisfied with the work done. Nick and Timmy were friendly and helpful and I was happy to leave them to do the job. The job was completed within the agreed quote. The supplied panels and concrete products appear to be of good quality. I understand the wood panels are pressure treated. Anti rattle springs were included in the price.

Nick & Tim turned on time and immediately started to dig holes and put in posts for the picket fence, even though it was chucking it down with rain. Done what they could and left the place clean and tidy. Arrived next day to put in the rest of posts, then the rails and put up picket fence. It wasn't an easy job as all the fence was curved but they did a brilliant job and we're absolutely chuffed to bits with their work. Excellent job and would definitely recommend to anyone needing a fence erected. Well done boys.

Nick and Timmy are firstly gentlemen, who were polite and considerate throughout their time working in our garden. Their quote was fair and realistic compared to others, who were overpriced, but most importantly their work was exceptional. We now have a beautiful, bespoke-designed decking with ornate balustrade that we absolutely love. Would highly recommend this company and will be doing just that at every opportunity

55 feet of old fencing replaced with concrete posts, 1 ft gravel boards and 5ft close board panels. Job completed in a day and a half. Very happy with the quality of materials, the speed, the workmanship and the price. They tidied up afterwards and, other than the spanking new fence, you wouldn't know they had been ! Nick and Timmy could not have been more pleasant to have working for us and I would have no hesitation in recommending them local to us in Broadstone/Poole area.

The replacement of my mother-in-law’s fence, part of which blew down during storm Eunice, was completed very efficiently in her absence. There was excellent communication on the work progress throughout. The job was very professional and should now last for many years to come. It was a good decision to completely replace the whole fence rather than just the damaged panels as it looks superb now. On her return home recently she was delighted to see the finished job and very proud to now have the best fence in the area! Highly recommended.

We are extremely pleased with the fencing in our back garden which was done on Friday 19 February 2021 and completed to a very high standard under difficult circumstances in the rain.
