Chris and Neal done a fine job putting the final touches to our kitchen. The walls, skirting boards and beading all had to be painted. They were very conscientious of our new kitchen units & floor and everything was suitably covered & protected, i would definitely hire them again.

Chris and Neil did an excellent job preparing and plastering my living room in a Victorian terraced house. Chris also created a void in a fireplace that was not going to be used and filled around 5 double electric sockets followed some electrical work we had done. Chris was punctual, really hard working on days during a heatwave and explained everything they were doing. I would highly recommend Active Plastering to anyone wanting good quality workmanship and a friendly approach.

Active plastering repainted the front of my house, including repairing peeling stonework. Very skilled and professional, taking excellent care, including cleaning up. Prompt visit and quote, and really good at communicating to get work planned in and completed. I plan to use again later this year for the back of the house - I would highly recommend.

We needed the newly boarded walls and ceiling of an entrance hall plastering and painting. From the first visit and throughout Chris was gently genial, attentive to our detailed demands and gave us wise advice without being in the least pushy. He and his team produced a superb finish sooner than we could expect and exactly to budget. From our initial meeting we felt able to trust his judgement and professionalism. We weren’t wrong. We had to be away when the work was undertaken. He kept us in touch with the work’s progress and left the place clean and dust-free. We would certainly use him again - and are making plans already.

Chris and Neil over-boarded two of our 1910 detached house and skim coated two other ceilings. Chris came over to the house to look at our ceilings and give us an accurate quote with multiple options for the problem-ceilings. He was very detailed in the explanations and send us a link with examples of previous work he has done. I personally found this very help full to understand what the different options entailed. Active Plastering came and fixed our ceilings in a quick succession. Chris and neil where very friendly people to have over in the house and they take good care of our belongings and left every room tidy. We where pleasantly surprised that they also took care of the rubble and garbage. The whole process was very easy and stress free. We feel very positive about the quality and the prices of Active Plastering services and would highly recommend them to friends and family.

We were extremely pleased with the quality of work carried by Chris and Neil. We had a tight schedule to have the work completed which the team achieved. Our small bedroom/office was plastered – walls and ceiling. Where the walls had suffered due to a previous damp problem the plaster was removed back to the brickwork and options on the possible solutions were carefully explained. We would, without hesitation, recommend Active Plastering.
