Wainscoting was removed prior to a damp proof course being injected internally below skirting level and the wall lined with an isotherm membrane before plastering. This entailed radiator removal, skirting and shelf removal and refitting.

We had severe damp issues in a unique building with structural challenges for the Company to try to diagnose, expose and repair. Part of the property is underground, walls are made of stone and one metre thick in some rooms.
