We had solar panels and batteries fitted at our home. We were really impressed with the detail in the quote and with Steven's knowledge. He was happy to answer any questions and offer advice and support. Communication, particularly from Ali, was fantastic. She dealt with queries on our behalf and and always got back to us very quickly. We are very happy with our solar panels and would certainly recommend Adept Renewables to family and friends.

Adept Renewables was recommended to me by a near neighbour who was researching Solar PV providers; the reviews for Adept came out really well and he approached them with great satisfaction. I then did also receiving a rapid visit to our house followed quickly by a very comprehensive quote which gave a personalised details of the proposed installation. We didn't want panels on the roof but ground mounted with tight parameters for height and position. Adept proposed a new ground mount (we were the first they used them for) which seemed to meet our needs. We accepted the quote and then added the requirement for an air to air heatpump / airconditioner; this was swiftly added. After some delays on delivery of the ground mounts, nothing to do with Adept, the team came and fitted the system over two days. The panels were higher than expected and more intrusive and, without murmur, Adept accepted the need to adjust the installation; this was completed on 3 Jan.

I had a solar pv system installed with battery storage and an automatic changeover switch. The guys were all very polite, knowledgeable, industrious and helpful without being at all pushy from day one when they first came to survey my property, all through the installation and continue to be now. Steve has been very generous with his time in answering my many queries both before, during and since the system has been installed as I was, and still am no expert in the field.

We had 12 solar panels installed together with a battery storage system and a switch to use solar power to provide hot water when sufficient surplus solar power is available. The main works of installing the panels and battery and making the new system operational was carried out within just four hours. This included help on how to use and monitor the new system. The switch for providing hot water was installed a few weeks later when the necessary kit became available to the installer. The on-site installation team was courteous and helpful. The company also emphasises that it provides a comprehensive post installation service which to date I have not had to use.
