I am John Kilkenny t/a Advanced Clean. I was awarded the 2012 Which? Local National Business of the Year, this has now become Which Trusted Trader, for my professional, value for money service and for giving my customers the best possible cleaning results. Since then I have received nearly 400 first class reviews on the trustedtrader.which.co.uk site. I also have nearly 400 first class reviews on Checkatrade.com This is something that I take great pride in that customers actually take time and effort to post a review for the quality of service that I provide. I cover most of North, North West and North East London, extending into South Hertfordshire and bordering Essex
I will usually call and give you a no obligation, free quotation. However sometimes it is something I can do over the phone especially if distance is involved I can offer an estimate and if this is accepted I will measure on arrival and give a firm price.

This is the second time that John has cleaned my carpets. I have recently had a lot of work done on my house, which has created lots of dust and dirt. After John had completed a really thorough cleaning, they looked as good as new. John is reliable, efficient and very good at what he does. It was a pleasure doing business with John at Advanced Clean. He explained everything before he arrived and was punctual and pleasant and clearly very knowledgeable and experienced. He cleaned a big area of carpet and 3 chairs and we were delighted with the results. His charges were reasonable and explained in advance and he cleaned an extra rug as a bonus! We recommend him highly and would certainly use Advanced Clean again.

John returned to give our carpets a much needed post-pandemic clean. It was the same courteous and efficient service which left the carpets looking like new. I've used quite a few carpet cleaners over the years but none has been as reliably good as John.

This is the second time we have used Advance Clean. John is honest and trustworthy and as previously, did a brilliant job. He arrived on time, worked hard and left us with stunningly clean carpets having removed some challenging stains. Pre and post work communication was excellent and the price was very reasonable. Really can't fault the work at all and an added bonus of working with someone who is cheerful and a good communicator. Highly recommended

John did an absolutely amazing job of cleaning my smoked damaged carpets. He was very professional and tidy. His knowledge of fabrics and cleaning products and chemicals is exceptional. Will definitely be using John again soon.
