I am John Kilkenny t/a Advanced Clean. I was awarded the 2012 Which? Local National Business of the Year, this has now become Which Trusted Trader, for my professional, value for money service and for giving my customers the best possible cleaning results. Since then I have received nearly 400 first class reviews on the trustedtrader.which.co.uk site. I also have nearly 400 first class reviews on Checkatrade.com This is something that I take great pride in that customers actually take time and effort to post a review for the quality of service that I provide. I cover most of North, North West and North East London, extending into South Hertfordshire and bordering Essex
I will usually call and give you a no obligation, free quotation. However sometimes it is something I can do over the phone especially if distance is involved I can offer an estimate and if this is accepted I will measure on arrival and give a firm price.

I found John through Which? Trusted Traders and have not been disappointed. I first used him to clean a sofa for me and he did an excellent job. I then asked him to clean the carpets in my daughter's house which she is renting out while she is out of the country. The carpets were pretty grubby and stained but were transformed after John had cleaned them. I was very pleased with the results. Also, not only is he very good at his job, but he seems to be a genuinely nice person so he is a pleasure to deal with.

After five years of family life our carpets and sofas were looking pretty battered but John's cleaning has transformed them. John made a first visit to do an estimate, and was clear about what could be done and what might not be possible. He sent the quote through quickly, was on time on the agreed date and did a very thorough job. John was very pleasant and easy to deal with throughout the process, and the service was good value. We have recommended John to friends and would certainly use Advanced Clean again.

I found John Kilkenny through Which? Local and spoke to him by phone. As a result of my measurements he gave me a provisional quote for the work. He arrived promptly at the agreed time and after seeing what was to be done reduced the quote slightly. He did a very thorough job and the results were excellent. He was also very co-operative in moving his van when unexpectedly I needed the space I had allocated to him for somebody else. I would certainly use John again and recommend him highly.

John came round at short notice and rescued our spare bedroom carpet after an attempt to remove a stain had left the area lighter than the rest of the carpet. He warned that he might not be able to rectify the problem and was very straightforward explaining what the issue was. In the event the carpet is as good as new. John is friendly, efficient and knowledgeable and we will be use him in future both in preference to a DIY stain remover and to clean our carpets generally!
