I am John Kilkenny t/a Advanced Clean. I was awarded the 2012 Which? Local National Business of the Year, this has now become Which Trusted Trader, for my professional, value for money service and for giving my customers the best possible cleaning results. Since then I have received nearly 400 first class reviews on the trustedtrader.which.co.uk site. I also have nearly 400 first class reviews on Checkatrade.com This is something that I take great pride in that customers actually take time and effort to post a review for the quality of service that I provide. I cover most of North, North West and North East London, extending into South Hertfordshire and bordering Essex
I will usually call and give you a no obligation, free quotation. However sometimes it is something I can do over the phone especially if distance is involved I can offer an estimate and if this is accepted I will measure on arrival and give a firm price.

John cleaned carpets of 4 rooms in my large flat, some of which had long-dried stains. The job is perfectly done. The stains came off 99%, despite the fact that John had said he couldn't promise that they would. He worked very carefully, covered the wood floors with rags he brought - and the machine he uses is very powerful. The carpets were dry enough for occasional use of the rooms in the afternoon and they were completely dry in less than 24 hours! Sparkling clean carpets and a very pleasant tradesman...

With an unexpected opportunity to clean my elderly mum's flat I was looking for a speedy service, and Advanced Clean delivered. I received a visit quotation within 24 hours of my enquiry, a Friday and had fabulously clean carpets on the following Monday. How's that for service. John was honest and open about what marks his cleaning process could and could not remove, so I knew exactly what to expect. That's what we all want isn't it? - no surprises!

John cleaned all the carpets in my house. He was very professional when he came to give us an estimate and took special note of a Persian style carpet that required dry cleaning. We received a comprehensive quote very quickly. The cleaning was carried out very thoroughly and we were kept informed of progress at all times. John arrived at the appointed time and set to work with enthusiasm. We are pleased with the work carried out. Would definitely use John again.

John did an excellent job cleaning my carpets. They were much improved! He is very pleasant and helpful to deal with and I have no hesitation in recommending him to family and friends, He also stuck down a piece of loose floorboard using his own glue, as mine had dried up.

John came on time, worked hard for nearly 7 hours, and did a first-class job. He didn't just measure the rooms, but allowed for space taken up by cupboards etc., and charged about £3 per square meter, which seemed very fair to me. He eminently deserves all the positive reviews he has received.

Moving into new flat, and the old carpets in there were pretty grimy, so was skeptical as to whether a steam clean would help, but it did so and more. They came up great. John was incredibly friendly and helpful and made the experience as easy as it could be. Couldn't recommend more highly!

I have owned my flat for 10 years, but hadn't cleaned the carpets as I wasn't too hard on them and eventually I planned to replace them. However, over time they became a bit grimy so I found John on the web, read the reviews and awards of his company and decided to give them a try. Price was very fair, he spent hours doing the work, and the result was much better than I expected. He's amiable, knowledgeable and sets a high standard for himself. I was more than satisfied and would both use him again and have already recommended him to our building management company.

My mother's sofa had become very dirty and John advised that he would be unable to make it look like new but that he could make a difference that we would be pleased with. There was a big improvement and we were more than happy with the result. In addition John is a very nice and kind man. My Mum had been very upset as her wedding ring had gone missing and she was sure that it must have gone down the drain when water from hand-washing had been poured down there. I was amazed to learn that John had put his arm down the drain to try to find the ring. Although it wasn't located on that occasion John was sure that he could feel something hard and subsequently my brother found it. Thank you, John!
