I am John Kilkenny t/a Advanced Clean. I was awarded the 2012 Which? Local National Business of the Year, this has now become Which Trusted Trader, for my professional, value for money service and for giving my customers the best possible cleaning results. Since then I have received nearly 400 first class reviews on the trustedtrader.which.co.uk site. I also have nearly 400 first class reviews on Checkatrade.com This is something that I take great pride in that customers actually take time and effort to post a review for the quality of service that I provide. I cover most of North, North West and North East London, extending into South Hertfordshire and bordering Essex
I will usually call and give you a no obligation, free quotation. However sometimes it is something I can do over the phone especially if distance is involved I can offer an estimate and if this is accepted I will measure on arrival and give a firm price.

After an initial phone conversation, John came around to assess the many stains on our cream carpets. His advice was honest and his quote detailed. I was present while John cleaned our carpets and was very impressed with how professional he was and how thoroughly he cleaned the carpets and worked at our stains. John takes his work very personally, something rare in tradespeople today, and the results reflect that: our carpets are near to new again. He was a pleasure to have in our house and I have recommended Advanced Clean to my friends and neighbours.

We have been extremely pleased with the service and result. John from Advanced Clean worked miracles in cleaning the carpet in our house after two lots of tenants. We have cream carpet throughout the house! The service was very professional, thorough and far more superior than any other carpet cleaning service we have ever had. I was recommended John for my carpets & sofa and do not regret using his services. He was punctual and very efficient in his work. I had a bad old stain on my sofa which I did not expect John to remove as I had been told by other cleaning companies that it was not possible. He made a great effort with different chemicals and did finally remove it to his credit. I did observe it took him a lot longer than anticipated by he did not charge any extra than the quoted price. He leaves all the areas very clean when finished. I will always use his services for my annual cleaning and recommend him to everyone requiring the services. Thanks John

We have used John a few times. I recommend him without restraint. He knows how to clean carpets of all kinds including expensive Persian rugs. Having read the excellent reviews on this website, I contacted John to discuss the pros and cons of anti-stain treatment on a new sofa. He responded to my email enquiry immediately and suggested we discuss the matter on the phone. I gave him my number and, when he rang, he was extremely helpful, very informative and answered all my queries. He even offered to treat a swatch of the upholstery material to prove to me that the treatment would not adversely affect the colour or texture of the fabric. I echo the many positive reviews and would strongly recommend his services.
