I am John Kilkenny t/a Advanced Clean. I was awarded the 2012 Which? Local National Business of the Year, this has now become Which Trusted Trader, for my professional, value for money service and for giving my customers the best possible cleaning results. Since then I have received nearly 400 first class reviews on the trustedtrader.which.co.uk site. I also have nearly 400 first class reviews on Checkatrade.com This is something that I take great pride in that customers actually take time and effort to post a review for the quality of service that I provide. I cover most of North, North West and North East London, extending into South Hertfordshire and bordering Essex
I will usually call and give you a no obligation, free quotation. However sometimes it is something I can do over the phone especially if distance is involved I can offer an estimate and if this is accepted I will measure on arrival and give a firm price.

John did a first-class job cleaning two sofas and an armchair. He arrived promptly, took great care to cove our carpets to avoid damage, and did an extremely thorough job. He cleared up thoroughly and the results are good - very reasonable charge and a very nice man.

John worked really hard to remove the stains from our carpet, although he did not remove all the stains the carpet looked 100% better when he finished. He is very professional & very thorough. A very nice person.

John is just as excellent as the reviews suggest! He cleaned my faux suede sofa superbly - great advice about aftercare too. He cleaned up after the work had been done and made sure I had contact details in case of any problems during the drying out period. He is a lovely guy, practical and professional but extremely friendly too and his fee was very reasonable. I can thoroughly recommend him: he was a Which? Local award winner in the past and I hope he wins again - he deserves it!

He managed to fit around my timetable, left everywhere clean & tidy & is a lovely man as well - very friendly & straight forward, giving practical advice about aftercare. John was prompt to respond, accommodating about the day/time of his visit, gave a very reasonable quote for cleaning all my carpets, and did a brilliant job. He was impressive in persevering with getting his equipment up to my second-floor flat via a very narrow staircase, which I'm sure many other carpet cleaners would not have done. A lovely gentleman, who I have already recommended highly to my friends. I would immediately go back to him myself if I needed any more carpets cleaned.

John cleaned all the carpets in my flat. I was very impressed by his perseverance in getting his machinery up to my second-floor flat (via an extremely narrow staircase) and the splendid job he did. It's worth noting he was also extremely prompt in getting back to me when I contacted him, very accommodating about the day/time of his visit, and generally a lovely gentleman to chat to. Very reasonable prices too. Recommend.
