I am John Kilkenny t/a Advanced Clean. I was awarded the 2012 Which? Local National Business of the Year, this has now become Which Trusted Trader, for my professional, value for money service and for giving my customers the best possible cleaning results. Since then I have received nearly 400 first class reviews on the trustedtrader.which.co.uk site. I also have nearly 400 first class reviews on Checkatrade.com This is something that I take great pride in that customers actually take time and effort to post a review for the quality of service that I provide. I cover most of North, North West and North East London, extending into South Hertfordshire and bordering Essex
I will usually call and give you a no obligation, free quotation. However sometimes it is something I can do over the phone especially if distance is involved I can offer an estimate and if this is accepted I will measure on arrival and give a firm price.

John was prompt to respond, accommodating about the day/time of his visit, gave a very reasonable quote for cleaning all my carpets, and did a brilliant job. He was impressive in persevering with getting his equipment up to my second-floor flat via a very narrow staircase, which I'm sure many other carpet cleaners would not have done. A lovely gentleman, who I have already recommended highly to my friends. I would immediately go back to him myself if I needed any more carpets cleaned.

John cleaned all the carpets in my flat. I was very impressed by his perseverance in getting his machinery up to my second-floor flat (via an extremely narrow staircase) and the splendid job he did. It's worth noting he was also extremely prompt in getting back to me when I contacted him, very accommodating about the day/time of his visit, and generally a lovely gentleman to chat to. Very reasonable prices too. Recommend.

I would like to recommend John Kilkenny of Advanced Clean. He is extremely helpful, comes promptly and does an excellent job. His work is thorough, he himself is most pleasant and his prices are not unreasonable. I would not use anyone else to clean my carpets in the future.

At very short notice you attended at my house and cleaned a very chunky 3 seater setee and two large arm chairs. You arrived promptly, Moved the furniture to where you needed it, covered the floor with sheeting and commenced to clean. Very workmanlike and professional and the job was completed. My wife and I were delighted with the result ... looked like new.

I contacted John to give me quote to have the hall carpets cleaned in our block of flats. The whole process starting from the appointment time right through to the quote then the actual job and invoicing was seamless. The end result was excellent. John did a brilliant job of cleaning several rugs of various sizes and materials, and they all look fantastic. His prices knocked the other quote I got into a cocked hat, and he really takes such care and pride in his work. John is a lovely guy, a professional and a well-deserved winner of his Which? award. I'll definitely be calling him regularly to look after my carpets and rugs in the future.

Turned up on time, took exactly the time he predicted and was overall very professional while here. He worked with his son this time and they did an excellent job on cleaning all our difficult wool carpets with a range of different stains (including baby related, red wine, beer and dirt). He was also good value for money.
