I am John Kilkenny t/a Advanced Clean. I was awarded the 2012 Which? Local National Business of the Year, this has now become Which Trusted Trader, for my professional, value for money service and for giving my customers the best possible cleaning results. I cover most of North, North West and North East London, extending into South Hertfordshire and bordering Essex

Came for a 1st inspection and gave estimate on the day I rang and did the work early next morning. Stains on stair carpet as a result of our ineffective attempts to clean fruit stains. Perfect result and very reasonable.

John made an excellent job of cleaning my ‘very old’ carpet. It looks like new now. Also the passage and parlour carpets. (Shoes off at the front door now!). I would highly recommend him, and have already. He is a charming and a very hard worker.

We John took care to understand what we needed for carpet cleaning in my flat and for the communal area in the block. He communicated in advance very well and kept to his word for all aspects of the job. He worked extremely hard on the day and left the place spotless. I highly recommend.

In a house where we have two young children, both born with severe reflux that took us by surprise when they started projectile vomiting, our sofa wasn’t looking pretty anymore. Some of the staining dated back to lockdown and we weren’t sure whether it was salvageable but we called Advanced Clean for a quotation and decided to go ahead with the clean. John was very knowledgeable in what solutions to use for which stains. He was polite, courteous and respectful in our home. If I could post before and after photos on this site, I would! Every single stain has been lifted out of our sofa, it looks brand new again. We’re so pleased with how its turned out we’re going to have John back to clean our carpets.

John did a fantastic job with my grubby stair carpet. Sadly running up and down stairs led to ingrained dirt which John scrupoulously removed leaving the carpet much brighter and vibrant. Good quote and speedy work with the utmost care during the job. Highly recommend.

He explained exactly what he would do and was incredibly thorough getting a brilliant finish and great fresh smell to all the carpets and the sofa - even though we have an old and smelly (but lovely) labrador! Arrived promptly at 0800 and finished at 1025. The equipment used is impressive. But John's knowledge is the key to his success. My front room carpet was stained either with red wine (my initial recollection as this has been there for sometime) or chilli sauce or something else. John tried one chemical that didn't do the trick and then moved on to another chemical. I have a Vax carpet cleaner. There is no way I could of got similar results. Post Johns hours of effort on the front room, stairs and landing, the carpets are like new again. Amazing outcome through allot of effort. Money well spent!

John came to our house super early and ontime and was so professional and friendly. From the time he came through the door, he was super efficient and friendly. He made us feel comfortable he got set up and got started straight away, the job he did was more than excellent. The carpets came up like brand new, and all stubborn marks that were there for years had all dissapeared. We definitely have got another few years in our carpet now after Johns fabulous job. I highly recommend John to anyone, and have already suggested him to some friends. His prices are reasonable and you get a fantastic result. John is very meticulous about his work and works to a very high standard. Thanks John, we will be using you again!!

I have known John for a few years as he used to clean the carpets of my work place. This is the second time he has cleaned carpets for me personally, hall and dining room, bedroom and three flights of stairs and landings. I was concerned about a few stains of dubious origin, but after careful examination and testing John found the right treatments and all were successfully removed. All the carpets including the 20 year old dining room carpet looked clean, fresh and came up looking virtually new. He is a polite, careful and considerate worker. I have no hesitation in recommending him.

I have to endorse her recommendation as John did a very professional job on 2 very challenging carpets. He managed to remove some marks of unknown origin from the hall carpet and restored the badly stained living room one to a much more respectable appearance. It is the 2nd time I have asked John to clean my carpets. He cleaned 3 bedrooms, the runner on the stairs and 2 rugs. As was the case the first time round, he was very polite, friendly and professional and cleaned all my carpets to an exceptionally high standard. Contacted John for quote to clean 2 x sofas and footstool which were looking very grubby. John asked for photos and then provided quote in writing. Great communication all the way through. On the day, John arrived on time and explained what he would be doing. He kept me updated as the cleaning was progressing and checked that I was happy with the work at the end. John cleaned my furniture to a high standard and was clean and tidy throughout. I am happy to recommend John.
