I am John Kilkenny t/a Advanced Clean. I was awarded the 2012 Which? Local National Business of the Year, this has now become Which Trusted Trader, for my professional, value for money service and for giving my customers the best possible cleaning results. Since then I have received nearly 400 first class reviews on the trustedtrader.which.co.uk site. I also have nearly 400 first class reviews on Checkatrade.com This is something that I take great pride in that customers actually take time and effort to post a review for the quality of service that I provide. I cover most of North, North West and North East London, extending into South Hertfordshire and bordering Essex
I will usually call and give you a no obligation, free quotation. However sometimes it is something I can do over the phone especially if distance is involved I can offer an estimate and if this is accepted I will measure on arrival and give a firm price.

Great Service
John Kilkenny provides an excellent professional service. He is very thorough and the results are first class. There are cheaper alternatives but, in my opinion they are not as good. In addition to some rooms of carpet, John also cleaned a couple of sofas which I though were a "hopeless case" but the result was fantastic. I would have no hesitation on using John again

Having used John before to clean carpets, I had no hesitation in calling him in again. As usual he did a wonderful job restoring my hall, stairs and landings back to their original colour and freshness, after having some messy work carried out. He is very respectful of his surroundings, and makes sure everything is protected before he commences on any cleaning. I would recommend him, no problem.

John is very efficient and quick to respond, both on first enquiry and then, once additional information had been provided, with a detailed quotation. Arrived promptly for the appointment, had a friendly and professional manner, and did a great job restoring the carpets which hadn't been cleaned for about ten years. John came to my house to give me a quote for my carpets. He kept me posted as to when he would arrive and was very friendly, explaining the process and what to expect. I went with him as he seemed like a great and trustworthy guy who knew his stuff. My carpets are now as clean as they possibly can be with my long hair and a long-haired cat! Now my house feels much cleaner and fresher.

I needed help with a move out clean. John assessed the problem, asked a lot of questions to understand stain sources, explained his cleaning process, and set expectations about likely results. On cleaning day he walked me through the plan, described materials, and got straight to work. He gave regular progress reports and thoroughly explained options for tackling tough stains. John's meticulous and diligent and very easy to work with. I wouldn't hesitate to phone him again.

My stairs and landing carpets were very grubby and I tried to clean them and made it worse. John cleaned the carpets and they have a whole new lease of life. Fresh and clean and back to the original colour. John was very friendly and helpful.

John came to clean our carpet on the stairs and landing this morning. We have used him before and were very pleased last time, and this time was rather an emergency. John came straight away and did a thorough job. The carpet looks brand new, when in fact, it is 15 years old. Lovely service, highly recommend. John is a very nice person as well.

John's work was thorough and the steps were carefully explained. Our carpets were rather soiled after years without cleaning. John was very careful to remove individual stains and provide extra rinsing, which meant that drying took nearly 48 hours. He was always friendly, polite and professional. It was a pleasure doing business with John at Advanced Clean. He explained everything before he arrived and was punctual and pleasant and clearly very knowledgeable and experienced. He cleaned a big area of carpet and 3 chairs and we were delighted with the results. His charges were reasonable and explained in advance and he cleaned an extra rug as a bonus! This is the second time we have used Advance Clean. John is honest and trustworthy and as previously, did a brilliant job. He arrived on time, worked hard and left us with stunningly clean carpets having removed some challenging stains. Pre and post work communication was excellent and the price was very reasonable. Really can't fault the work at all and an added bonus of working with someone who is cheerful and a good communicator. Highly recommended

John came to clean our large modular sofa and ottoman/footstool. He was professional, friendly, courteous, knowledgeable and very fairly priced. John came a few days before to have a look at the pieces to ensure he was able to give us a reasonable and appropriate quote. He also took the time and care to test the fabric to ensure there was no colour bleed before he proceeded.
