Advanced Clean

It was a pleasure doing business with John at Advanced Clean. He explained everything before he arrived and was punctual and pleasant and clearly very knowledgeable and experienced. He cleaned a big area of carpet and 3 chairs and we were delighted with the results. His charges were reasonable and explained in advance and he cleaned an extra rug as a bonus! We recommend him highly and would certainly use Advanced Clean again.

John returned to give our carpets a much needed post-pandemic clean. It was the same courteous and efficient service which left the carpets looking like new. I've used quite a few carpet cleaners over the years but none has been as reliably good as John.

This is the second time we have used Advance Clean. John is honest and trustworthy and as previously, did a brilliant job. He arrived on time, worked hard and left us with stunningly clean carpets having removed some challenging stains. Pre and post work communication was excellent and the price was very reasonable. Really can't fault the work at all and an added bonus of working with someone who is cheerful and a good communicator. Highly recommended

John did an absolutely amazing job of cleaning my smoked damaged carpets. He was very professional and tidy. His knowledge of fabrics and cleaning products and chemicals is exceptional. Will definitely be using John again soon.

John came to clean our large modular sofa and ottoman/footstool. He was professional, friendly, courteous, knowledgeable and very fairly priced. John came a few days before to have a look at the pieces to ensure he was able to give us a reasonable and appropriate quote. He also took the time and care to test the fabric to ensure there was no colour bleed before he proceeded. I have used Johns's carpet cleaning skills over the years, and as always he is ultra-reliable and works miracles on carpets. This time was rougher, as there was quite a large red wine spillage. When I contacted John he advised what to do until he could come to clean. I would highly recommend his service.

John came to clean the dining room, bedroom, stairs and landings, we had moved the furniture out of his way & provided a parking voucher. We are impressed by Johns's knowledge of the cleaning, of his examination of each carpet and checking anything that may be an issue. He spotted moth damage that we were unaware of, thanks for that John. He also spotted some carpet stains/marks that I hadn't noticed again it was a thorough examination before work. We were impressed by his helpfulness and communication here. He has a variety of treatments for a variety of marks & stains which showed me at least the thoroughness of his work. The work was done to the agreed schedule and cost the same as his quote with a very small amount since I had not measured correctly. The work a day later looks good though we have a wet November day (& night) it's taking time to completely dry out. John is very thoughtful about what he's doing and good company while he does it. We must book him again and not wait such a long time between visits.

We had some pretty dirty carpets but John managed to get them looking like new. His service was great as well, keeping us informed about what he could do and when he could do it. Thank you John.

John cleaned the clarpets in 5 rooms + stairs and landing. He was polite and courteous and carried out the job with quiet professionalism. He understood the reaction of differnet carpets to different treatments and did an excellent job.

John did a great job on cleaning all our carpets. He was very methodical and managed to remove all the stains from the carpets including oil. He provided a quote which he stuck to and arrived on the date and time agreed. The carpets look like new now.

Despite his busy schedule, he visited the same day of our request and after a summary review gave us a quote within hours. The quote was very reasonable and gave a detailed breakdown of the work required. We agreed the quote and he was able to schedule the work for the next day. He arrived punctual the next day informing us 20 mins before his arrival. The work was completed to a very high standard and he explained the process to us at each stage. He was neat and tidy during all phases of the work and performed his work with minimum disruption to us. Upon completion, he explained what time to leave for drying and best practice to maintain our carpets. He then tidied up and packed away his equipment without any fuss. We found John easy and pleasant to talk to at all times and always informative in his explanations. John provided an excellent service from my first contact until completion of the job, which was to clean my fitted carpets. This included two rooms, stairs and landings. He worked very hard and the results were amazing. The carpets looked like new, and considering how long they have been in position, incredible! The cost was very reasonable. I would have no hesitation in employing him again.
