My stairs and landing carpets were very grubby and I tried to clean them and made it worse. John cleaned the carpets and they have a whole new lease of life. Fresh and clean and back to the original colour. John was very friendly and helpful.

John came to clean our carpet on the stairs and landing this morning. We have used him before and were very pleased last time, and this time was rather an emergency. John came straight away and did a thorough job. The carpet looks brand new, when in fact, it is 15 years old. Lovely service, highly recommend. John is a very nice person as well.

John's work was thorough and the steps were carefully explained. Our carpets were rather soiled after years without cleaning. John was very careful to remove individual stains and provide extra rinsing, which meant that drying took nearly 48 hours. He was always friendly, polite and professional. I would definitely recommend his services.

It was a pleasure doing business with John at Advanced Clean. He explained everything before he arrived and was punctual and pleasant and clearly very knowledgeable and experienced. He cleaned a big area of carpet and 3 chairs and we were delighted with the results. His charges were reasonable and explained in advance and he cleaned an extra rug as a bonus! I have used Johns's carpet cleaning skills over the years, and as always he is ultra-reliable and works miracles on carpets. This time was rougher, as there was quite a large red wine spillage. When I contacted John he advised what to do until he could come to clean. I would highly recommend his service.

John came to clean the dining room, bedroom, stairs and landings, we had moved the furniture out of his way & provided a parking voucher. We are impressed by Johns's knowledge of the cleaning, of his examination of each carpet and checking anything that may be an issue. He spotted moth damage that we were unaware of, thanks for that John. He also spotted some carpet stains/marks that I hadn't noticed again it was a thorough examination before work. We were impressed by his helpfulness and communication here. He has a variety of treatments for a variety of marks & stains which showed me at least the thoroughness of his work. The work was done to the agreed schedule and cost the same as his quote with a very small amount since I had not measured correctly. The work a day later looks good though we have a wet November day (& night) it's taking time to completely dry out. John is very thoughtful about what he's doing and good company while he does it. We must book him again and not wait such a long time between visits.

John did a great job on cleaning all our carpets. He was very methodical and managed to remove all the stains from the carpets including oil. He provided a quote which he stuck to and arrived on the date and time agreed. The carpets look like new now.
