Advanced Clean

I had four rugs cleaned by Advance Cleaners. They were very dirty and came out fresh and bright. Pleasant and efficient service throughout.

I have cream carpets throughout my house which I have lived in for 8 years. The carpets had a few stains and general wear. I saw the Advanced Clean van in the area, I called the number and spoke to John and we agreed on a mutually convenient time and he came and looked at the carpets so he could give a quotation for the work. John immediately put me at ease as he is a friendly and knowledgeable person. Later that day he send me a reasonable quotation so I asked him to proceed with the work. When he arrived at my house he was very diligent to ensure all furniture etc was safely out of the way to ensure it would not get damaged. We discussed again any stains and how John would deal with these. John explained he would start upstairs and work his way down. I left him to get on with his work whilst I carried on with what I was doing. I was surprised by how much dirt he was able to extract. When John finished the work he asked me to have a look around at each room I was delighted and amazed and what a great job he had done, it feels like I have new carpets again. My husband who is very critical was delighted with the results too. I would highly recommend John to anyone needing to have their carpets cleaned. Re Covid - Social distancing was adhered to and PPE face masks worn.

Only 24 hours ago I was in desperation after our ‘fostered’ cat left some very nasty stains on our light bedroom carpet. It became obvious by this morning that professional help was needed. A quick search on the internet brought up John who had some glowing references and turned out to be even nicer in real life. What a star; he was with us within hours; very professional & left the carpet looking like new. I can’t recommend him highly enough. He is such a lovely person & talked it all through with us, so we had absolute confidence in him. His number is in my phone permanently for any future mishaps. You won’t regret using this person.

A courier dumped a large box on to our brand new lightly coloured hall carpet, without realising it had a lump of black axle grease on the bottom! Disaster - black streak and dark round stain with greasy lumps. Researched solutions but apparent a professional was the only sensible route to go. Searched for reliable local tradesman and found Advanced Clean with good reviews, so phoned John, explained the problem and within two hours he arrived! One hour later he left, having very successfully removed every trace of the grease and the stains. John is a lovely man, courteous, knowledgeable and his expertise returned my wife from being a very worried lady back to her usual happy state. We intend to have Advanced Clean back very soon to clean our dining room carpet.

This is the second time I have used John. He has just cleaned my father's carpets. He did a fantastic job and we didn't have to empty every room, like most companies require. John also took precautions to ensure the job was done safely. Can't recommend John highly enough, He does a great job and is a really nice person. Added bonus.

The carpets he cleaned for us were not in a great state but John managed to get all the stains out leaving it looking and smelling lovely. I would highly recommend.

John came to clean the carpet and upholstery in the flat. The end result was excellent. Sofas are like new now and the carpet is fully restored to its original plushness and most of the stains (years upon years of it) are now gone.

There were two areas of carpet that John was asked to clean and the end result is brilliant. One carpet had some long standing stains which looked difficult to remove but with careful preparation and all the necessary cleaning fluids and equipment he was able to bring both carpets back to looking clean, fresh and stain free. John has transformed in one morning the dull blue carpets in our rented out property and they are now bright blue again. He was anxious to achieve as good a result as possible and this he certainly did - he even managed to get rid of all traces of animal fur. John is a true professional, who knows the art of carpet cleaning through and through. He's one of those professionals who are quite a rerity nowadays, very conscientious, always does his best and takes pride in a job well done. His prices are very reasonable, he's punctual and reliable and a lovely person as well. My son's bedroom carpet has not been professionally cleaned for years, it was full of stains and years of accumulated dust. It's nearly unrecognisable now. I'm very happy and am looking forward to getting John back to do the carpet every two to three years from now. Pity I don't have more carpeting in my home.

John came to view the carpet I wanted cleaned and sent an estimate the same evening. I thought the cost was very reasonable as it was for a three story house. We arranged a time for the work to be carried out, and John arrived right on time. He was very careful with the wall coverings and banisters, and took a lot of time and trouble to keep everything protected. It took 3 hours to complete the work, and the carpets looked like new afterwards, they were much dryer than I had expected, just damp really. I will certainly be using the service again.

John cleaned the carpets throughout our 3-storey house. He was friendly and easy to deal with, and obtained amazingly good results given how we have treated our carpets over the years (kids, pets--you know the story). All this for a fair price. Diligent and painstaking. Thoroughly recommended.
