Advanced Clean

We have used carpet cleaners at previous properties but after a careless accident with printer ink on our stair and landings carpet we were forced into having our carpets done. We have looked after our carpet before now so wanted a trusted person to mirror this care and help us try to lift these obvious stains and give the bedroom carpets a clean too. John responded to my email enquiry within the hour and came to price up our house same day. I was so impressed by his attitude, information and speedy written estimate sent by email that evening I didn't get any other quotes. We arranged for 8am yesterday and he was outside at 7-30am, he did all his work with care and attention to detail ensuring safe work at all times, he kept me informed throughout the whole process. The end result is fantastic and I have every confidence in recommending John, he's "Old School" and strives for maximum customer satisfaction. John is a true professional, who knows the art of carpet cleaning through and through. He's one of those professionals who are quite a rerity nowadays, very conscientious, always does his best and takes pride in a job well done. His prices are very reasonable, he's punctual and reliable and a lovely person as well. My son's bedroom carpet has not been professionally cleaned for years, it was full of stains and years of accumulated dust. It's nearly unrecognisable now. I'm very happy and am looking forward to getting John back to do the carpet every two to three years from now. Pity I don't have more carpeting in my home.

John was very helpful from the moment I contacted him about cleaning two carpets (entrance hall and bedroom) in the flat in North London. He visited to quote, then again to do the work as arranged. John came to view the carpet I wanted cleaned and sent an estimate the same evening. I thought the cost was very reasonable as it was for a three story house. We arranged a time for the work to be carried out, and John arrived right on time. He was very careful with the wall coverings and banisters, and took a lot of time and trouble to keep everything protected. It took 3 hours to complete the work, and the carpets looked like new afterwards, they were much dryer than I had expected, just damp really. I will certainly be using the service again.

John cleaned the carpets throughout our 3-storey house. He was friendly and easy to deal with, and obtained amazingly good results given how we have treated our carpets over the years (kids, pets--you know the story). All this for a fair price. Diligent and painstaking. Thoroughly recommended.

John took me through the process and explained exactly what he was going to do and why. As I've used a carpet cleaning service before, I thought that was overkill. However, I was wrong. I had carpets and upholstery cleaned. His care and attention certainly paid off. A chemically adhesive stained marking on my carpet that I could not remove... Gone! Upholstery refreshed. All the carpets clean and dry (the staircase needed a bit longer to dry out, but the other rooms were pretty much dry by the time John finished). I can't comment on price as I didn't spend a lot of time looking. John was mentioned in both nextdoor and checkatrade. The Which accreditation was what swayed me. Highly recommended.

John responded promptly, came at rather short notice, cleaned the carpet thoroughly and efficiently for a very reasonable charge and left a very satisfactory result. Have used this service before and would not hesitate to do so again.

John provided an excellent service - he was helpful and responsive over the phone and when providing a quote and was very polite and friendly. John cleaned the carpet on my stairs and landings and tackled some tricky stains. He did an excellent job and left them looking almost like new. John was prompt, efficient and very tidy and his charge matched his quote. I would not hesitate to use him again or to recommend him to others.

John came very promptly at the time agreed and cleaned all the carpets in my flat very well. There was an especially difficult stain in one room where I had dropped a candle and he managed to get the stain out and I really cannot see it now at all. I will certainly use him again and recommend him to friends. I should also mention that he left everything in a very clean and tidy condition.

It was many years since my carpets were last cleaned; John has made the bright and sparkly again. He came very quickly to give me an estimate, and though a health problem prevented him from coming on the first day we had arranged he was assiduous in warning me of this, and we rapidly arranged a new date, when he came and carried out the work quickly and smoothly. John was a real superstar as he did a thorough job on a bright red mid-century style sofa which was heavily stained. He pre-treated the stains the day before the clean, arrived on time to do the clean and spent as much time as it took to the bring the sofa back to its original beauty. I was very impressed with how he was careful with the other pieces of furniture in the room and he did an amazing clean up afterwards. I would highly recommend Advance Clean. John was very friendly, and responsive; had a visit, quote and carpets cleaned in 5 days. John was honest about what could be done. The results were better. I have a 15 year old bedroom carpet that is now stain free.
