I had aluminium windows installed by AGS and had a really great experience. From the first visit with no hard sell (which was very important to me), I got a reasonable price and they were accommodating when I changed my mind on one or two things. Their communications throughout were spot on. Their in-house installation team were friendly, efficient and experienced. There were a few anomalies with my old house which they cheerfully worked around. I am very pleased with the result and have nice, warm, sunny, draft-free rooms. I highly recommend AGS.

Have now used Advanced Glazing on a few jobs,this job was for a rented property in Upton Park and council wanted us to get bedroom window changed to a fire escape window,as expected from first call to finish I would like to give 10/10 for the professionalism from staff that took the call, the Surveyor and the fitters. I had a call from the tenants once the work was done to say how pleased they were with the work and were so surprised with the tidiness of the fitters,they left the property spotless and were so polite.Would not use anyone else as even the after sales is absolutely fantastic.

We had all our windows and doors replaced by AGS, and from start to finish their service was first class From the initial meeting there was no hard sell just lots of useful advice and support; - the fitting was a full weeks work, and any problems that come across was resolved effectively; - the two fitters where excellent and worked very hard and always left everything spotlessly tidy; - the aftersales has been great - any issues have been dealt with in an efficient and effective way.. Goes without saying if you are looking for new windows I would definitely recommend Andy and his team at AGS

We wanted to replace a pair of patio doors in a first floor bedroom that opened to a sheer drop (odd, I know) with a very large feature window. The window benefits from a lovely view, which we wanted to maximise, so we wanted the narrowest frame possible. The house is old, and the window isn’t easy to access externally. Overall, this wasn’t an easy ask but Andy took time to understand what we wanted. Initially, Andy wasn’t sure that it would be possible to deliver a very thin frame given the size of the window and the need to ensure it was fitted securely. Nonetheless, he took away the challenge, researched some options and found a solution that would deliver what we wanted. The window would have to be fitted from the exterior. Communication was clear and timely throughout the process for understanding the ask and completing the work. There was a mishap when the first window cracked during transit (not the fault of AGS). AGS were on the front foot to expedite a replacement and agree a revised schedule for fitting that worked for us. We came back from holiday with some degree of trepidation given the logistics of getting the window into place to be fitted from a scaffold on the outside of the house - to find the window fitted perfectly. It was fitted without drama and is exactly what we wanted. This was a great example of excellent customer service at every step of the way, as well as excellent execution of the job. When AGS say 10 Year Fully Comprehensive Warranty they mean it! After six years we have had a little issue with one glass unit and within two weeks a replacement was ordered and fitted!! Very efficient. Thank you AGS. Would definitely recommend.

Replacement of all windows for my rental property, with a total of 9 windows. An extremely professional firm, an amazing install, and a pleasure to deal with from measuring to fitting. All the work was completed in only 2 days, wherein other firms were quoting much longer timelines. My property looks amazing after the instal and was left completely tidy. All new doors and windows fitted. We found this company excelled in all services it provided. We had spent several weeks asking numerous questions about product design, efficiency, alternatives such as acoustics and laminate glass, size, design, seals and gaskets, trickle vents, creasing tiles, door handles and locking mechanisms. The company was very patient answering all our inquiries, was able to provide detailed information to support quality of products so that we could check for our peace of mind. Installation was very efficient and staff courteous and professional. Work carried out to agreed schedule and accommodated our own work commitments. All completed within budget and no hidden costs. What we were particularly pleased about was accommodating our special request to have our kitchen window sprayed black on the inside whilst remaining white on the outside, which is not standard and required third party involvement which the window company dealt with directly. In summary, we would highly recommend this long established family company who really go the extra mile to ensure a first class experience.

We’d been looking for a really classy looking front door for our house. The team at AGS really listened to what we wanted and showed us a number of different options while explaining the pros and cons of each type of door. They talked us through the whole process and kept us informed of all the details and when we should expect installation. The installation was excellent with the installer really taking his time to make sure that all the locking mechanisms were smooth and easy for us to use. All in all a great service and experience and we would fully recommend them to anyone thinking about using them.
