From the initial phone call to the after work service, I have been communicated with professionally, the work has been done to a high standard, receipt and after service documents provided swiftly. I've got no complaints at all and would not hesitate to recommend AGS for any window replacement work.

I used Advanced Glazing Systems to supply and fit a double glazed side door. They were professional from start to finish and did a fantastic job, and very reasonably priced. Having used another local company on previous occasions I wished I had know about AGS before as they were far more trustworthy, helpful and knowledgeable! I would certainly recommend them!

Even though we had our windows fitted over 3 years ago we had a problem with smears appearing inside a couple of sealed glazed units. No problem, AGS replaced them! Excellent service.

I have used them on a couple of occasions before for whole house double glazing. They were by far cheaper than the multinationals and a better product. Also gave a 10-year guarantee. We had this house double glazed including bi-folding doors in 2013. Our neighbour was looking for a cheap supplier but was so impressed with the work being done on ours she had her whole house done too by AGS. We needed a garage side door replacing from wood. Should have done it in 2013! Still the same efficient family-run company. Would thoroughly recommend.

AGS replaced my front and back external doors(2) and windows front and back downstairs and upstairs(4). Prompt informative survey without the hard sell of others and they gave me time to consider their quote v others, who were not so patient. Not only was their product rated highly elsewhere but their price was best too. No brainer! Installation within 3 weeks. They turned up on time, hardly stopped working for 3 days and left no mess. I am delighted by my doors and windows and thoroughly recommend them. I want a conservatory now and they will certainly be invited to quote.

Having used AGS ltd 7 years ago to instal all our windows, french doors and bifold, we were impressed then. One of the bifold window smashed, I contacted AGS as we have a 10 year guarantee. The start of the phonecall having given my name, was "I remember you Mrs L..." I thought nice, but ok good sales pitch, to which they rattled off our names address and phone numbers from the system! We have a common surname. We aren't even local to the company! I was told glazing wasn't covered by insurance but was given a quote within 20 minutes and installation date shortly afterwards. There would have been a delay of up to 8 weeks due to Covid, I explained we are due to move and needed this replaced asap. AGS asked the glaziers for a big favour and we only waited 3 weeks. Window was fitted very swiftly on the agreed date and time. Locking mechanism adjusted by a very polite tradesman. Our only regret, we are moving to a new build and personally will not be requiring their services, but 100% recommend them

AGS fitted new windows and back door with a glass mounted cat flap. The service was great, they answered all my queries and questions. The installation was quick and efficient and I am absolutely delighted with the end result. All the staff were very friendly and helpful and the after service care was outstanding. I had one minor query which was sorted immediately. I have already recommended them to a friend. Couldn't be happier with the whole experience.

Very pleased with both the window and doors, work done in good time, making good done very well on old brickwork outside,very neat job left site very clean and tidy.
