AGS fitted new windows and back door with a glass mounted cat flap. The service was great, they answered all my queries and questions. The installation was quick and efficient and I am absolutely delighted with the end result. All the staff were very friendly and helpful and the after service care was outstanding. I had one minor query which was sorted immediately. I have already recommended them to a friend. Couldn't be happier with the whole experience.

We had replacement gutters, fascia and windows fitted for our 1920's semi-detached house which has bay windows. The contract was part fulfilled prior to the COVID19 lock-down but some of the work had to wait a few weeks. AGS kept us up-to-date through the process. All work has now been completed to a high standard. We're very happy customers. Dealing with AGS has been a pleasure throughout the process. From initial visit (no hard sales pitch and their quote was quite competitive); to survey/measurements (where they proactively sought to resolve issues) to arranging scaffolding (being flexible with the dates )... the office were very efficient. For the fitting...One team was used for the gutters/fascia and another for the windows. Both teams worked efficiently and were very tidy - keen to make everything "just right". We highly recommend AGS.

After using AGS in the past for windows and front door 4 years ago, they were the obvious choice when we were doing a kitchen revamp and wanted a back door and a window put in. The first point of contact was John and he was very helpful and obliging and said they would fit us in within our time scale. Darren & Gavin the fitters arrived on Saturday morning to cut out the brickwork and fit the new door and window. Both guys where very professional, clean and tidy in their work. New door and window looks a treat, very happy.

Really pleased with our new windows from Advanced Glazing, they look incredible in situ and really change the whole vibe at the back of the house. Inside is already noticeably warmer, quieter and lighter! The decorative architrave around the windows is stunning and I love the colour outside! John really understood our brief and delivered everything I was hoping for... and for such a good price. The fitting team were absolutely lovely and really did a fine job - they were a pleasure to have in the house. All of the team were a pleasure to deal with from start to finish - I will definitely be using them again when I have the money to do the front of the house!

I contacted John after my front porch door had been burgled, realizing old porch needed replacement ASAP to be made safe. I got same day design, quote and the nearest installation date possible given parts are custom made. The team arrived on time, were really nice, worked hard and finished everything to very high quality, leaving everything clean and tidy. The team then returned after 2 weeks to also replace the kitchen window - which was not that urgent. I like the look of the new porch and feel much safer now at home - thanks so much John, Julie and the team for a job well done at a time that I really needed it.

We have an old house and the original small conservatory was becoming dilapidated. We decided to replace it with a larger one. We chose Advanced Glazing Systems after careful research and a site visit. The work was carried out by their regular builder, Alan Fernee, of New Space Developments. We are entirely happy with the product and the workmanship involved. Everything was done carefully and with due regard to the disturbance that was inevitable in such a project. We fully recommend both the product and the builder.
