I was looking to install a new Intruder Alarm, an associate recommended AES, contacted Russell at AES and arranged a time to discuss the details. Russell was prompt and discussed all the options available to me, I decided to opt for a kit with mobile phone app. On the day of works Russell arrived and was very clear and concise as he walked me through the installation.Russell carried on with minimal fuss and also clearing up after himself as he went along.When installation was finished Russell gave my wife and I a step by step guide of how to operate the alarm and also the app, always making sure we understood and also very happy to answer any questions. We were both very happy with the installation, and also Russells diligent and personable persona made us both feel very comfortable and would certainly use AES and Russell for further work.
