Alaskan met every expectation I had from the courteous informative meeting with Michael to see what we wanted and to help us through the choices available to Tony who came and measured up and helped us find a solution to our front door needs. Big thanks to Lucy the designer who helped us get the exact leading design we wanted in the windows. Fitting was effortless, every step explained before hand and checked each night to see we had the installation we had hoped for-thank you Connor and Kyle every detail met and a finish that adds so much to the final appearance. We even had a visit from the owner Alistair to check we were happy with the service and windows- he even made a speedy return to help my wife with the new locking system on the front door when she was unsure. From prompt responses to emails and courteous response from accounts from order to installation we have been truly impressed.

I recently had my windows in my flat replaced by Alaskan Windows and they did a fantastic job. My new windows look beautiful. In addition, the service from Alaskan Windows was impeccable from start to finish. The office staff were always helpful and replied promptly, the surveyor who came out to assess and measure my windows was professional and put together a very detailed survey and quote for me and the window fitters were so kind and considerate and took great care to install my windows diligently. I would highly recommend Alaskan Windows - you really do get a personal service and their prices are highly competitive.

Alaskan windows fitted some new windows for our flat. We have been really pleased with the result. The whole process of planning and having the fitting done was very smooth and well organised. The fitters who came, did a great job. They arrived on time, were polite and professional and the quality of their work was excellent. Alaskan Windows provided an excellent service from first enquiry, through home visit for measurement, to installation for replacement windows for my flat. Alaskan are a fantastic company and we are so pleased that we used them. We required some new bedroom windows to be fitted along with a new kitchen window and door. From the start they were so helpful and gave us all of the information that we required and needed as well as answering any questions that we had. From the moment of coming to ours to see what we needed, we were given and told all aspects of the work and when we could have the work done. On the day, all work was completed excellently and in great time! The windows and door are of excellent work and we are some happy!

Alaskan have just fitted five new sash windows for us, which look excellent. From quote to the finished job everyone we have dealt with has been efficient and straightforward - with a special nod to our fitter, Chris, who was extremely hardworking, tidy and helpful. All in all, a great service at a fair price.

Alaskan Windows have competitive prices which initially attracted us to their product. We were met at the showroom by extremely professional and knowledgeable staff. They were able to match our current windows to their windows, and the price was very good. £600 less than a big competitor ! Alaskan Windows give you the fairest price right from the beginning of quoting. And as we already had other quotes from other companies at hand, we knew this to be true. They followed every step via email along the way until the windows were installed. Each staff member, surveyor and installers were exceptionally polite and knew their business well. They are a smart, modern, no fuss company, no pressure, no stress, no job big or small is a problem. We enjoyed working with them. We will definitely be using them again.
