This was the third time I have used Alaskan Windows. The company is friendly and extremely efficient, a combination which ensured the process and experience of having a window and patio doors replaced was seamless and even enjoyable. The fitters were excellent, on time and extremely pleasant and hard-working. I had been very nervous about having my loved Edwardian window and doors replaced, but the wood-style replications are still characterful and charming - they also open easily, are more secure and I’m looking forward to a warmer winter! I will definitely use Alaskan Windows again for my bay windows. They are great value for very good quality and service - a rare combination nowadays.

Really good experience with Alaskan from start to finish. The initial enquiry & following consultation with Douglas was informative & unpressurized, every step of the process was explained in concise detail. Emails with Douglas & Lucy were responded to in a timely manner. The fitters Vinnie & Joe were great. Vinnie talked me through what to expect over the next couple of days & again at the end as to how everything worked. They were on time, personable, approachable & tidy. Job well done - thank you.

We had a quote for UPVC sash windows. Once ordered we got a very quick fitting date and the work went smoothly and the windows look fabulous. Great teamwork in this company from Micheal who did quote, to Tony who finite measured and Vinnie’s team who fitted in a tidy and good manner.

Great end to end service from Alaskan Windows. They were very clear on what to expect at each stage. Installation was smooth, with a few tricky angles to contend with which were all filled seamlessly. The team explained the new locking system and how to use it clearly and they also tidied up afterwards. Overall we are delighted with the quality and appearance of the product.

I'm a property professional and rarely come across such a good company, with all the correct procedures and an insurance backed guarantee. Chris, the wonderful installer, made the experience even better. He is knowledgeable, neat, considerate of neighbours and the finishing on his work, was first class. He's also a genuinely nice man! So reassuring to deal with a company and staff who clearly know what they are doing, treat their clients well and are lovely, into the bargain. Would only use them, from now on! When we recently bought our flat we became aware of a rotting frame around our bathroom window. Alaskan came to give us a quote for the replacement. They were very reasonably priced, and the sales advisor who came to visit was very helpful and made sure we were well informed for what we were being quoted for. After deciding to go ahead with Alaskan, we were given a date for installation sooner than we expected. The installation itself was very efficient, the two installers arrived promptly and the quality of the window exceeded expectations. All in all I'd recommend Alaskan Windows and will be using them in the future if the need arises.
